Direct comparisons would be helpful. For example, please compare the BMW Foxwell NT710 to the BMW Launch X431 Elite 2.0 Pro, both of which you have reviewed. Which is better in your opinion?
That's a great question! Foxwell NT726 is a great tool for MANY vehicles. The NT710 offers more functionality but ONLY for BMWs. NT710 All Modules All Special Functions Active Testing Coding NT726 All Modules 8 Special Functions NO Active Testing NO Coding 90+ support makes of cars Hope that helps.
@@SimpleCarGuy so the 710 is better just for bmw cause it’s specifically for it? Or the 726 cause of more features? Currently researching and overwhelmed on which one to get. 😅
Hi. Thank you for a great review. I have a 2004 E46 and convertible top doesn’t work. Will this scanner be able to read codes for the convertible top problems? Thank you.
Hi, I recently received a brand new NT710. Day 1 activated, indicating 85% battery life. I completed the registration process online. I turned it off. A week later, and this is my first time using the NT710, I want to work on a car today, and I can't get the scanner to turn on. I hit the orange on/off button, and all I see is a green light flashing a few times and a blank screen. I pressed and held the on button for 3 seconds with the same results. Now that I have the scanner plugged into the wall charger, nothing has happened after two hours. Please assist if you have had this issue or have a solution. Thank you so much; I really appreciate it.
