- Crispy Akki Rotti is one of the favorite Karnataka breakfasts, best suited with chutney and butter. A recipe typically prepared in Bengaluru households, it is enjoyed by old and the young alike. Akki rotti can either be made without any vegetables or finely chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped coriander and finely chopped green chilly which gives it an occasional spike of spiciness. In this video Leelamma shared her recipe of Akki rotti, it can be improvised according to your taste.
Ingredients:
Rice Flour 1 Glass
Chopped Onion (half bowl)
Grated Carrot (Half bowl)
Chopped Green Chillies (4-5)
Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Oil (2 Tbspn)
Curd (1 Cup)
Water
