After watching this video, couldn't stop myself and tried akki rotti since its my favourite. it turned out amazing. I used to struggle to make rotti earlier but when I used your method of making it, it is not only very easy to make but the rotti's came out really soft and melt in mouth. It hardly took me 20min to prepare. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
You are one short cut queen ... Requires presence of mind to use the available things to use for our purpose ... Wooden plank for pressing rotti is super .. and using a tumbler for pressing rotti on tawa...excellent thinking ...
