Dude, your tutorials are always fantastic and the timing of this one couldn’t be any better, as I’ve got a model:cycles on its way. Thanks for taking the time to make these!
You know how to do manuals, I know the cycles quite well after 2 years but a nice clear recap and still some new or forgotten / rarely used stuff, very inspirational! 🙏🏾
My project for the summer is to create several songs using just M:C, so I went through this and took notes for reviewing later (to not forget and get fluent enough). Everything is super clear, great tutorial as usual, thank you!
I have watched many Model:Cycles and Model:Samples tutorials (I own both!) and this is by far the best I have seen. Even though I have had the machines for a few years, you have taught me some shortcuts that I missed (and which other tutorials didn't cover). I will be bookmarking this to come back to whenever I forget something!
So much I’ve learned: machine locks, preset locks, what the retrig menu stands for kbt, mout etc keyboard, midi out; def going to check out your conditional lock video. New sub thank you much for your time and expertise
Well then, thanks for the support. I certainly need it. The screen is small but usable, maybe the problem is when you look at it at "a funny angle" ( joke from snatch )
I really liked The Bear too :D incredible content as always, and you put these out at an incredible pace too. I'm a huge fan of your hardware tutorials and I humbly ask that you keep doing these for as long as you're able ❤
Well, it is. I usually get gear and then learn what it can do, and It took me a while. It's has less features than digitione, digitakt etc, etc. But most features are in model cycles too.

dear sir, thank you for this guide, but i have one uncleared for me question: can i copy pattern’s sequence to other pattern without sound? manual says that [FUNC] + [RECORD] and [FUNC] + [STOP] without grid recording could help me, but it copy whole pattern WITH sound :( may be i don't understand smthg

Have to agree. Not used it for a while. That is the best recap.
Beautiful. Love your videos and love the Cycles
Thanks for the comment, yeah it's nice, I didn't know what to expect when I got one, but it is pretty good.
最近开始学习Model:Cycles,找了些教学都不满意,找到你这个教学发现很详细很好,和我以前看的wavestate教学很类似,没想到原来都是你做的,太厉害了!最好的教学视频!

I am playing on Cycles for a while and did not know a half of its func. Wow! Its made for live act. Now its time to work on muscle memory. THX!
Thank you for helping me navigate the whole damn thing! ❤
Brilliant. A nice refresher course. Many thanks..
Thanks for the comment !!!
Again thak you so much for yet another great Deep Dive....

I have cycles & samples. The two together are soooooo good! An external keyboard is good for playing one synth Track.
Yeah, this one is much better with an external keyboard. But that is why you have the Digitone I guess. Thanks for the comment !!.
This was awesome, thank you! So many things I just never bothered to try and work out, it's breathed new life into the machine ✌
Awesome, literally! My English is bad, but I all understand, thank you
Do not have the Cycles......but stayed to watch. 😊 Kinda small screen [° ].....but GREAT Demo!!!

Aren’t there any presets for the Chord machine in the factory presets ? Can I download presets for Chord?
There are plenty actually, but for some reason all of them stored in the SY folder
