I'm sure he passed in the next exam.) Although it is not shown, Naruto definitely rise through the rank. That's why Kakashi become Hokage before him and why Shikamaru devote himself to make him Hokage. He is groomed by Kakashi, Shikamaru and Iruka to become Hokage (Obv, rising through the ranks appropriately.) Sasuke on the other hand may still be a Genin since he's not at all related to the Konoha's organisation. He's not a teacher, he acts on his own with only Naruto's and Shikamaru's knowledge. I got goosebumps watching this. Naruto is really a masterpiece of anime. Without Naruto, for me, I don't think I would love watching anime that much. Naruto is the first anime that I loved and watched since I was a child, I really love this anime! Kudos!
