When he showed that the decks were shuffled the same, they were both missing the Ace of hearts. I think that pretty much means he knew ahead of time Twitch was going to name it, and that he had them stashed somewhere else to prepare for the card-swap reveal...

The only way that trick worked was if the guy was told beforehand to name the Ace of Hearts, he can’t magically transform the card after he gives it to Ellen, must have known in advance

I saw shin do a trick on ellen before, figured out how it was done and then started to introduce into my own routine as it was so powerful.
This right here has me dumbfounded - there are so many tricks bundled into this incredible routine and I cant even explain one of them. Ellen legit shuffles that deck so in theory part 1 has to be a deck swop but the camera never cuts away.
At 1:01 you see she actually shuffled the king at the bottom as well, how the fk does this work haha

I have always appreciated the way Ellen treats her guest magicians on the show. While other TV hosts often have a tendency to interrupt or even heckle or ridicule and otherwise interfere with the performance Ellen always shows a lot of respect to the performer and lets them get on with things without trying to hog the limelight.

3:52 if you guys see carefully on the left side you will see there’s no more white edge of the first card the he flip up because these cards actually super thin, 1 normal card can separate into 3 different card, using a special glue and surface that can make it stick together as one card and separate by one side
