Thank you very much for the comprehensive summary of this matter. Helped me to understand the condition and the upcoming treatment of a relative much better.
Having NHL myself that was fabulous to watch, thank you.
These new treatments seem to have significantly improved outcomes against B Cell Lymphoma but for those of us with the rare T Cell types not as much works.I have Mycosis Fungoides at stage 2b , the beginning of the aggressive disorder, and so much stuff has been thrown at it; topical steroids, phototherapy, radiation, immunotherapy and chemotherapy and so far nothing seems to have a long term durable response although the radiation seriously halted the MF for about a year and i think that I would almost certainly have died from infections had it happened about 50 years ago.
Hi Kevan, thank you for sharing your experience, it sounds as though you have been through so much, with the different treatments you have had. We have a skin lymphoma on line support group if this is of interest, which gives the opportunity to have contact with others who may be in a similar position, here are the details - lymphoma-action.org.uk/events/cutaneous-skin-lymphoma-support-meeting We send our very best wishes to you.
