I don't think she was harsh at all. The problem with Naija food is it really depends on which part your from.
But you see that the score she gave was always fair.

Buzzfeed should ask the contestants to rate the food by first place, second place, and third place rather than a number. Then Buzzfeed can determine who is the winner. First place =15, second place = 10, third place= 5 and whoever has the highest average will win.

it is also very common in italy. my grandmother used to make "frittelle" which were made with flour water.Use table spoon full of batter and put in hot oil and fry till golden. You can dress either with sugar or salt. I prefer salted oned. Puff Puff is an excellent snack and easy to make. The "frittelle" (kind of pancake) come out flat and of odd shapes. lol. Try them and let me know. This our snack was made when we were children and we did not have toooooooo many fake snacks around.

Isn't it similar to saying milk (regular) is bad for you and using coconut, rice or almond milk? It's a healthier version of it. And it's required in the recipe.
@@deb1920 that’s not a good comparison. Regular milk is from animals while the other versions are plant based I.e lactose free, healthier fats, fewer calories etc ; huge difference hence it is reasonable that one is preferred over the other
With sugars, coconut and cane sugar are generally plant carbohydrates so no significant difference in terms of how unhealthy sugar is.
Coconut sugar is healthier and has a lower GI index
