Tanong ko lang po tungkol sa isang case. Siya po sa kasalukuyang nag work sa Manila, at nag kataon na ang TESDA sa isang lugar kung saan siya ay nakapag tapos ng short course. Ganoon paman naka received siya ng message from TESDA na isa siya sa mabigyan ng toolkit, subalit siya ay hindi nakapunta. In this concern, siya po ay nagpagawa ng legal power of attorney to allow someone to get his toolkit in his absence. He sent the Power Of Attorney Letter/Authorization through soft copy to someone he authorized to get his toolkit. Unfortunately, the management did not allowed this documents because they need the original, but sad to say that it is another matter of expenses to send the said document through LBC. Therefore, until now he did not get his toolkit. My question is, this printed copy of the power of attorney authorization letter is not valid to claim from a government supplies which is entitled to someone who also prepared this type of document to support for a claim of legally authorizing someone during his absence? Please support and respect my concerns. Thank you.

Atty. so in short the law acquits a person from plagiarism if his/her reason is not intentional and if the reason is simply 'forgotten' then the defendant is guilty? 1:11:53

if the agency is implementing a strict policy in order to avail of the benefits one has to follow the policy of that government agency.

good faith is not a defense in that offense but the decision of the court in the discussion applies to the case of a justice of the SC
