You made another great video Bjorn. It is great to see Norway's Circle K stations really catering to EVs. I am hoping Circle K in America will eventually do the same.
My favorite EV reviewer, you actually talk about the underlying tech for EV. Whether the batteries have their own independent cooling system or share the same as the passengers in the car matter. One of the biggest causes of battery losing capacity is from running too hot while charging.
Björn makes jokes but I have had this discussion with the wife. When we pick up our next car (EV) it will need some sort of V2L-setup. Why? Excursions with the (proper) air frier and an electrical grill. All of a sudden, taking a drive with the family to a lake in the forest is on like donkey kong. Really, this should very much become par for the course.
Hi Bjorn, I think you can set the start up volume for music in the settings. You can in the Kia Niro, you can also cancel the welcome and the goodbye music too.
Thanks for the awesome reviews of this car. I'm hoping to get one here in Australia this week when they come out. Of course the totally botched it here. Constant errors from the ordering system and I'm stuck on the last step of trying to pay the deposit with "unexpected errors".
Bring your electric grill. Fold the pizza so that the dough is outside and the cheese inside. Put in in the grill. It’s not dry and no mess. Less space than a hairdryer anyway.
The problem with the insane auto music every time you get in the car is the same as the ambient lighting as I believe it relies in the User 1 or User 2 active choices that activates certain default actions like play radio or media, change seats position, activate heated seat, change ambient color etc….
I like your content Bjorn fun but nerdy enough for geeks like me. I wondered if you could do a video about the condition of older EVs eg Early leaf Zoe i3 Tesla after many harsh Norwegian winters, it would be Interesting to see how the cars are holding up. I guess it would be fairer to find an example of each that have been used in similar ways and have similar ages/mileages… may be tricky, but I guess you have many Norwegian fans that might oblige? I just thought it would make some great content eg battery health, interior exterior and mechanical condition of the car etc

Hi Bjorn! I am planning to buy ioniq 5. In your opinion, which one is better to buy based on the battery consumption,,, a rear wheel drive or the 4 wheel drive? Thanks
Hi Bjorn, since you are the specialist of sleeping in cars, which is best for that in mind once in a while? Ioniq5 or some other? Of course the car should be good otherwise too. Looking for some not so expensive, but still roomy car.. What's your honest recommendation? Thanks!

How long does it take, to charge from ~20% to 80%? Hyundai advertises it would take 18 minutes with a 350-kW fast charge. What is your real-world experience with the charging times? The quick charge time is one of the main reasons why I’m interested in this vehicle. But from watching your videos, it seems like the batteries get hot and that makes it take longer to charge. It seems like hot batteries would be a constant variable, and that the charge would always take longer. I was just surprised that the battery wasn’t charging as fast as it could or should. I’m mainly curious how fast the vehicle would take to charge if the vehicle had this kind of scenario: had 3 people in the vehicle; drove to 20% battery; Charge up; Drive to 20% range and charge again. All in the same day. I’m trying to figure out if the amount of passengers in the car-obviously reducing the range you could drive-if that would affect the battery from being charged fast.
