Beautifully said. Consistently formed disciplines compound and can expand into all areas of life. Intentionality, consistency over time, and patience are key. It might not be easy to implement but it is simple 💯💯💯
This comes at such a crucial time for me. I just started my channel, basically posting videos which ive loved for a long time. Finally just started. I post 2 shorts a day and just simply going to keep doing what I love and just.. stick to it! ❤ I know the consistency will pay off (I hope.)🤞
started training MMA 2 years ago, I just say 1% improvement every day consistency always wins. Time invested into bettering yourself especially physically will lead you to a longer happier life.
I’m buying a new camera just because of that. I’ve been on and off with photography for 5 years. I’ve taking thousands of photos but never stuck with it strictly for a year straight in a serious fashion. I was like damn if I took it serious like a career or my job I’d be making money with it already lol so true brother. ❤
It's good advice bro but why are you a coach? You are much too young and in experienced to give out life advice. What are your accomplishments? You can't fake it till you make it if you want to be legit, you gotta earn it.
This is a misguided take. You don’t have to have huge accomplishments or be a certain age in order to be a coach, teach someone, etc. You simply have to solve a problem someone else is going through. By saying someone isn’t good enough, smart enough, old enough, or accomplished enough to coach, we hold people back from sharing what they’ve learned, which helps no one.
Completely wrong, a lot of people think so unfortunately... My mother told me when I was 23 that I asked the same questions she came up with in her 40s.
I’m not a life coach course guru lol - I train athletes to jump higher, run faster, lift heavier. Strength and conditioning… Been in the field for 7 years. Certified personal trainer. Look at my ig and tiktok for my transformation. 40 inch vert, 455lb squat. 8th grade brother can dunk. Other brother is playing college baseball. Both trained by me. I train athletes in person in Tampa and online.

W take. I know several people in my life who I’ve tried to say this to but people never seem to get it honestly
I understand and appreciate this advice, but it doesn't always work.
You ain't gonna be Sam Sulek

and I had not many "material" accomplishments, just a lot of reflection of life.
