      You can always adjust the serving sizes to better fit your nutritional needs! For example - go with just the protein pancake & toppings.

      Pro just means you get paid to do it. Not that you are apart of something. IFBB pros get pro cards meaning they recognize those people as their pros not that theyre the only pros.

    Yo I swear you don't have to complicate this and I'm not hating because I do this too lol my usual is protein pancakes or waffles from the Kodiak brand with it's awesome macros (2:1; carb/protein)with some mix fruits and at least 6 whole eggs. Bomb ass breakfast!

      I wouldn't recommend it either - if your goal is more calories, try adding whole eggs instead of egg whites or additional oats.

      @@leigh_carmichael By definition a 'pro' athlete is anyone receiving payment for the sport they participate in. So hes technically pro just not a pro card holder for a particular federation, like the IFBB. Its like pro wrestling. You can be pro for other leagues but people only think of the WWE as pro wrestling because its the most famous.

      I was eating like hell for the past 2 months

      Rene Salcido just switch to vegan protein powder? I'm pretty sure that's more readily available than egg based powders. Plus they're some pretty good ones at Costco and elsewhere.

    Not fond of this video too much marketing about his nutrition sponsor. There is also no benefits using whey in morning only after a workout whey protein is important.

      Whey is a fast protein in the morning is better too take a slow protein eggs for example.

      The pancake packed most of the carbs and calories, but you have to remember that he didn't cook the whole blender in this video, this is just what he eats every morning recipe & portion weight.
