The workout:
3 sets:
20 deadlifts (RDL)
10 a leg split squats (lunges)
15 Pushups
15 each leg side lunge
12 walking pushups
15 Sumo Squats
(I like to add a 60 second wide wall sit)

Hi! love your videos! Im a new skater thats going to start my roller derby practise in a week or two and I wonder do you recommend a speciall program for beginners? I never worked out in my life so, like a really basic one that you can do often and maybe one that you can do 2-3 times a week?

Wondering if you're still skating?! And if so how're you doing ?! 😁 I'm trying to train now for Gotham city roller girls but in basic training 1 with them so I have a long way to go

Great workouts, absolutely love your videosthe stuff you share with us all. The push ups are out of my league right now but working on that. Thanks! PS/ Music might be a good addition to the video, if you can be arsed. It's a little awkward watching you in silence!
I went through your video list but didn't see anything describing suggestion or recommendations on skates? Can you please recommend a pair?
For derby anything by reidell is nice quality! I also reccomend a bullet skate for mobility in your ankle. If you like ankle support moxi makes very nice skates! :D
I'm 13 so this is a little too much for me. Will one round of this workout give the same effect?
Modify the workout. If you can't do pushups do wall ups. Instead of 15 of everything do 10 until you can build up the stanima. You can do it.
Also instead of doing a shit ton of rounds do 1 round the first week and 2 rounds the second week and so on.
Just dropping a "hi there" from Silicon Valley.

Too much talk...love the workout tho! Would like a full length video so I don't have to hit pause and play so often, I missed some moves the first few times.
