Shortland Exploring same, new HD clutch and OEM flywheel from clutchfix, new OEM fuel pump, just need a airtec intercooler and then I’m getting it remapped are storm, £££‘s spent and more to spend yet 😩 be worth it once I’ve got it how I want it though 👍
Remap is great although It was still down on power, changed the intercooler and turbo actuator its pulls really well now. It's a 10p td5 auto. Only other mods are middle box delete and egr delete. Auto was also holding in gears that needed a flush and filter change.
@@JSH083 had no issues as of yet. You can push them further but then you be looking at changing the torque converter for a v8 one to take the extra load. You can retro fit face lift headlights on to a pre lift as well.
Hiya Joe. You will need to blank off or remove egr valve, middle silencer box delete for a stage 2. Other stuff like performance panel air filter and silicone turbo hoses also help.
They are amazing what they are capable of, I bought mine because sometimes I get leaves on my driveway
Even tho I've spent a fortune on mine I love it to bits.

How do you find the new tune, did you have to get any other mods for it & is the auto going ok? Also is it a d2 or d2a, 10p or 15p?

@@deanshortland7194 oh, thought it might of been a 15p with the updated headlights? How are the egts & engine heat for reliability etc?

@@JSH083 no worries pal. From what I've heard alive tuning or storm tuning are about the most popular.
Stage 2 seems to be at the very limit of 4HP22. Not sure how the box gonna handle more than 400nm on higher stages.
Agreed. Unfortunately you have upgrade the box using v8 internals. Can be quite costly. I believe Ashcroft transmissions are the go too guys.

@@hezy6039 yes absolutely fine. My D2 is Auto. Dan at storm tuning knows his stuff, all he does is td5 engine maps.
