Being a loyal fan of Mark Wiens and watching his videos from waaaay back, this was kinda hilarious to watch considering how Mark had to control his expressions on how good the food was! Good laugh.

Thaifood is very good and tasty. I was traveling through thailand, I stopped at a street vendor for dinner at night around 10pm and the food was very good. I still remember the taste of the food. I will go to Thailand and try out more food there in the future.

I just spent the last six months in Thailand, notably Bangkok and Phuket but unfortunately had to return to England earlier this month. I've just found your channel and it's makes me miss it so much!! I can almost taste it, just watching it!
I'm new to your channel, but I've been watching Mark for years. When I was a kid, I remember a TV show called "Yan Can Cook". Chinese food isn't my thing compared to Thai, so now I just need to watch your videos and "Cook With Pailin".
Mark Weins was my "friend" on line although he does not know me. I watched him all the time just eating. It is more interesting to watch this show now with both of you. I like your style of cooking, Pai! I just found you lately.

True...it's not the garbage we eat , especially in north America. I have tried so many dishes from his shows. I love that food! So delicious, well made, fresh and satisfying 👍
I think Mark is awesome with whatever he does but the specialness of his videos have always been for me his love and exploration of foods with his favorite loves.....his wife and son.
I think the video is well done, with a subtle easy laid back atmosphere. I do agree with an earlier comment where it does feel that Mark is a bit restrictive in his expressions. Ying is a natural at what she does. Loved the video and loved the recommendations. Thanks and keep them coming.
