I have been watching your videos for quite some time and don't recall you ever saying you hit the mother load!! Congratulations Jeff, couldn't have happened to a nicer or more deserving guy !!!!! Best to you . God Bless :)))))
I really appreciate you making all these videos sharing in glorious detail all this information. I been looking for this info for 20 years. Ive walked over more of this stuff than you could imagine because I didn't recognize what I was looking at. Thank you sir for sharing the craziness with us.
+Crohkor Threetoes it is always our pleasure and now you need to get back out there and find those secret spots....So C'mon ....Lets Go !!!!!!! Jeff and Slim
Congratulations Jeff and Slim! My question is what are "special maps?" I know you are not going to SHARE that. You guys Rock and I am so glad that things are working out for ya. Pretty soon I am gonna be showing up at your doorstep and you are going to be buying ME a cup of coffee. Keep of the good work, and Thank-you!
+Stanley Olson Special maps are maps that were passed down to my from two " Old Timers " that show unknown Gold and Silver deposits. We have had these maps for over 30 years and still have not covered them all. Look forward to meeting you and thanks for the comments too. Jeff and Slim
that was great to see because I believe I have tons and tons of laminate where I'm working. plus I have tons of malachite intrusions? that's where the metal runs between the cracks and it's usually iron but I have copper and little bits of gold spots in the shiny chalcopyrite looking stuff that smooth and not blocked. thanks for the push to go out and start crushing all that up by hand.
hey Jeff thanks for taking the time to explain everything about gold prospecting I think it is very important for the young kids to learn your videos help my daughter in school learn about the earth and we have fun watching your videos thank you very much for what you and slim do you are very good at what you do thanks a lot and take care- jim and kayla
Holy toledo,Jeff-that's some rich stuff!!!if the dirt is red,dig right down to the bed-and if your testers full of shiny-you better get workin that hiney.
Hey Jeff I know you have thousands of fans but have to tell ya I found 3 colors if you will or 3 tiny pieces of gold in a pan from under the headframe of that old mine I’ve been going too ,thanks again for the great knowledge your teaching us all
I just stumbled on a rich deposit this week myself. About 1/2 gram came out of about an ounce of limonite. Gotta love bedrock and gravel contact zones!
Thanks Jeff! Have you ever thought of getting one of those small shaker tables for separating the high-grade material from 80-100 mesh? I only know of one guy who makes those smaller tables but it's a pretty cool process because it doesn't require any chemicals. Only requires about 3 gallons/minute too (but does require a power source). He claims it can separate 95% of the gold or better from 100 mesh.
thanks Jeff very informative love your videos, I used to live in Santee CA. and remember the black sands the rain left behind, wish I knew then what I know now
Sonny Jim, boy O boy....Thats some sweet gold..You said that you hammer up the rocks...Can you show how you do that?..Like to see how its done......Thanks old son.......................JB.................
Hey Jeff Williams, do you have a place on this web that has all of your videos chronological order so i can watch them from the very beginning. I learn so much good good stuff from them. I am a big fan of yours.
Very nice Jeff! Looks like a good amount of gold for what you panned. While it may be fine it looks rather crystalline to me like some of the gold I used to get dry washing north of Barstow, Ca. I'm going to be moving to Kansas so my new picking grounds will probably be Colorado. Don't think there's much in Kansas. :(
Hey Jeff love your channel I watch old videos they never get old , have you heard of (gold hog) they have new prospecting tools mats, hog pan keep us amazed sir and the silly high spirits energy rolling.
+nick brown Thanks and yes we have. He has some really good mats and he will also buy your placer gold at 90% spot here is the link www.goldhog.com/selling_placer_gold.htm
Hey Jeff thanks for the fast shipment of Slim's Pay Dirt. It was loaded with really nice pickers and a prize shiny nugget - very exciting to uncover. I watched your video "How to Pan For Gold!!! Quick Demo of 30 Second Panning". Practicing with Slim's Pay Dirt and a Garrett Super Sluice pan. I got my panning down to 60 seconds from twenty minutes. Thanks for the great videos and Slim's Pay Dirt. Say hi to Silver Spurs Lila, Slim, Pops, Nevada Jack, and of course my busy friend Buckskin Joe. Take Care!!!
+Steve Mazzara Hi Steve and Cecilia, thanks for the super comments and really glad to hear that you got your panning time down. Happy to hear you found some nice pickers too. Thats always nice huh. Been trying to catch up with all the comments since returning home and I think I got my typing speed down to 50 words per minute. Not bad huh. That Garrety Super Sluice is a fantastic pan huh. Thanks again for the comments and will try to catch up with the reat of them . Take care and say Hi to Cecilia for us. Jeff and Slim
You are super entertaining, watching your videos over and over hoping it will stick in my brain crushed down my first supergene ore panning it out in the morning. Had all the tells. Curious who taught you what you know.
+GigiRitch Thanks really glad you like it Me and Slim decorated it ourselves. well it is never to late to get back into it so ....you know what I am gonna say....huh...........So C'mon...Lets Go !!!!!!!!! Jeff and Slim
Wow! I'm willing to bet that a 3 gallon bucket of that dirt could pay for your rock crusher and then some. I need to go back and study your video with the creek model where your demonstrate where to test pan for pay streaks. All great videos by the way. I hope to say hi to you at the gold show in Boise this June :D
I'm up in b.c. canada Jeff and I'm just wondering if this geology concept can exist up in the Rockies here. I have claims that have massive quartz boulders here and there and if you dig down there's a sedimentary looking layered iron stained rock near the water table. I'm very intrigued by this video.
awesome! after years of searching you finally found it the mother lode, great job i wish there was more gold deposits where i am :(, keep up the awesome work!
Congratulations Jeff! Hope you can share video of the site/deposit once you have extracted the majority for yourself. I assume this won't be one of the tours offered? Thanks again for all the great info!Justin

greetings I hope you are well ... I've been looking for fractured shear zones with a "green"stone contact on serpentine with quartz sandwiched between. What's this about finding gold in clay in oregon? I'm Josephine county.
hay Jeff do you know a good place to look for gold north of lake Pleasant. I heard that there's good gold in that area if you know where to look. I would appreciate it if you could get me in the ballpark. thanks Jeff.
Jeff , Im from Papua New Guinea and pretty much dont have any idea about gold, but I need your advice. Here goes; a large rock boulder from within the earth has pushed upward and caused landslip on half of the mountain ridge and the rock boulder is exposed, however my brother noticed the soil in the landslip area is glistening my brother brought the soil sample into the nearest town to his location and they told him its a very high concentration of gold waste, are they referring to the waste as gold dust or pyrite/fools gold?........
How can I be as good at identifying minerals like you? Do you have a geology major, or did you take a geology course, or are you self taught? (To be able to identify manganese oxide vs an iron oxide seems impossible to me (at my level of knowledge))

That's quit the volume for such a little amount of dirt.
I have a spot in Montana where you can get .5 grams in one measuring cup of material
+Hunter Rawlings That is very, very good numbers. Count us in.

How can I be as good at identifying minerals like you?
Do you have a geology
major, or did you take a geology course, or are you self taught?
(To be able to identify manganese oxide vs an iron oxide seems impossible to me (at my level of knowledge))
Yeah he's a geologist
Jeff... You're crazy... GOLD CRAZY!!! Cmon! LETS GOLD!!
I know this is a dumb question. wouldn't the zoom feature of the camera work better than the jeweler's loop for the close up ?
+dean castello tried to get in closer.
Jeff and Slim
below the gossan the leached zone may be barren of minerals with the exception of gold
One ounce per bucket!? Outstanding! You could search your entire life and never find a deposit that rich!
I know this is a old video but man that is amazing Jeff!
thanks we just sold 9 bags of it.
Hello Jeff, What's the words for this vidéo HO yes F-ing nice job. Hope to find some gold like that in France. I fund some but not like you. Hope to come one time just to see you and the team.
Bye Chris.
Why is the dirt that is crushed very small and fine when the gold is much larger? How is that possible? Shouldn't they be the same size?
not with Supergene and we wrote a book covering that.
question...what would you charge to help some one look ? if they might know where some gold is.?
Damn Jeff, How much was your average for about 1 gallon of that crushed stuff? Looks to be a flippin ton man. Im so jealous i wish i could go out and find gold. As i mentioned in my other comment recently I have no idea where to even go out here in Huntsville AL.
Awesome stuff :-) Great stuff to know :-) Thanks for sharing...
Hi Jeff... nice one mate... happy for you. Just in time for christmas then eh yeehaaR!

Ok Jeff, that's all fine and well but what about areas such as Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa etc.etc., where gold was glacially deposited from up in Canada...We find the gold, albeit small and in lesser quantities in those areas but mostly in rivers and streams where erosion has brought the gold downriver...Now riddle-me-this please, does your "chart" still apply for finding gold in those states?...Thank you for your time.
You seem to never use soap like Jet Dry, Why. Great info on your Black Friday. Thanks
Congratulations, You have earned it. love the videos.
