MaGMML3 - 63rd Place - Weapon Data Center Normal Run in

I think execution-wise this is one of the simplest runs out there. This is by virtue of so many weapons being locked. You start on nothing but Coil (which sees no use) and pick up the regular non-utilities along the way, with there being split paths, so you don't get all in one run.
You start by obtaining Break Dash. The path that I take also obtains Tornado Blow, Water Shield and Spark Chaser, although the only weapons that see use in this stage at all are Break Dash and Tornado Blow.
Break Dash is essential for the many Burankos on ledges, for faster movement than sliding and as a better Blast Wind.
(You also need to to actually access the bottom route on the first split which gives you Tornado Blow)
Tornado Blow is very nice for small vertical climbs, scaling just one or two blocks more helps out in a ton of rooms and it can clear smaller enemies like Suzys. It's also fantastic on the midboss, Suzak and Fenix.
The boss of the stage is Law Electricity. I mean, Hodenki.
He's a very annoying RNG-based fight if you're trying to get a really good time. What moves he uses and thus how well you can chain hits matters a lot. There's a move where he jumps high into the air that you really don't want to see. And when the fight ends you really want to be on the right side of the arena to finish. His weakness being Break Dash really does not help things at all.
There's also a bug where if you do the last hit on the far right, Break Dashing into the boss door while he dies, you zip into the floor and die :v
That's why I specifically swap off of Break Dash on the final hit and delay slightly.
This run beats the previous fastest time of 3:10.500 by SuperSphere by about 35 seconds.
