52:01 is honestly so heartwarming for me. Freddie makes the joke, "let me blow some smoke at you." For real though, through all the videos Collider has of these two, you can really feel the love that these friends have for each other. So, to see two proflicic figures in our community hyping eachother up, like you or I would to our own buds who did something awesome, in the casual, non-self gratifying way that, as I said, you or I would, is very sweet.
I LOVE how knowledgeable and passionate Sam and Freddie are about Star Wars. These guys must be living the dream when it comes to working on this stuff. It's incredible to hear them talk about this stuff and know EXACTLY what's going on and be able to give such deep insight on the events and characters. Hats off to both these men.
+SwaggerLikeUz Agreed. Those guys make the best guests, and it's not complete without Campea and Harloff at least. Tiffany, of course, is great too. Gosh, there's one other guy I can't remember his name that is really good that I've seen maybe a couple of times, really knows his stuff, wish I could remember his name, he would have been a great addition.
I have to come clean with you guys, I've never seen Star Wars but came to watch this video because of the special guests who I am a fan of. After watching it, I will be binging Star Wars this weekend. This entire crew was fantastic!!
Today has been the most Star Wars-y day in my life. And it's been amazing. 1. Woke up and watched the Rogue One trailer 47 times. 2. Went to class wearing my R2-D2 shirt 3. Watched my Force Awakens Blu-Ray for the first time with the Collider Crew! 4. Best episode of Jedi Council yet!!! Thanks for being awesome, guys!
I absolutely love how invested Witwer and Prinze are in their characters, you can tell just how deep their love for Star Wars is when they talk so passionately about it, gives me so much faith in the franchise moving forward.
Absolutely best episode of Jedi Council ever!! Prinze and Witwer were and are absolutely amazing. makes me so happy that cast members from shows and stuff are such huge fans of the universe. And to see the faces behind the voices of some of my favorite characters is always fantastic. just... wow... They brought so much to the show(both rebels and jedi council I suppose) and it just so amazing!
Thank you members of the Council for getting these guys on the show. This was so fun to watch and just fucking awesome and I'm super grateful for how much you guys put into all the shows on Collider, so thank you for that.
The penultimate episode of Jedi Council. I will be using this episode as an entry point for anyone I tell about collider Jedi council from now on. Great job guys.
this is one of the best fan podcast shows of all-time. And this episode should be in the hall-of-fame of podcasts. Thank you Mr. Witwer and Kanon/Kanan/Kanaan/Conon/Canon.
this pure love and attention and caring with every fiber of their being. I truly feel like a family listening to all these people talk about Star Wars. Damn man, I'm just soo happy and feel amazing now watching this. ;')
Gentlemen, GREATEST EPISODE EVER!!! Thank you for what you guys do. I am traveling for work and you guys make me feel like I am still home. Fan for life.
This was one of my favorite episodes of Jedi Council. Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sam Witwer were a lot of fun. They knew their stuff, and the banter between everyone was great.
This is simply the best stuff ever. Geeks not afraid to be geeks, but more importantly the knowledge and the enthusiasm and the love that is on show. Nearly two hours and I wished it could have been longer. Hope they all convene again when the true Rogue One trailer drops!
Sam Witwer was great as Davis from Smallville, Starkiller from Force unleashed, and Aiden Waite from being Human. Awesome to have him on Jedi council finally. Guy knows everything about Star Wars. Can't wait to see what you do next Sam, and great show today guys!!!!
Yes!! I've been a fan of all those things and been following Sam's careers for awhile!! Long time fan!! He's great!!! I want Starkiller in the movies soooo much!!! I actually would love a Force Unleashed movie!! I don't think it would conflict canon at all, it could work.
I always get uneasy during interviews or any videos where people who "in the business" and people who "aren't really" "in" the business have to have conversations on screen because it always sounds unsaturated and phoned in as if the interviewer either was sucking up to them or just had a bulleted list of things to say. It's for this reason that this might be my favorite episode of council. These guys (and I mean everyone at that table) all really love Star Wars and know exactly what they're talking about. No one had to explain anything to anyone (I can't help but feel like if someone asked Daisy Ridley or John Boyega about any of the games or EU characters they'd go blank). And whenever Freddy or Sam made a joke it wasn't like the council laughed to be nice 'cause I was laughing, too. No awkward pauses or irrelevant dialogue; just completely natural Star Wars fans talking about Star Wars.
I hope Freddie Prinze Jr and Sam Witwer can come back regularly. They not only show how knowledgable they are with Star Wars lore, they have great insight and fan driven theories. Plus they made me LOL numerous times watching like this.
Tiffany Smith is sooooo swooning this episode. It's adorable. Campea and Harloff are straight up geeking the hell out. I bet none of you went to bed early last night. That said: AMAZING episode of Jedi Counsel. Thanks to all of you. Truly.
Freddie is so upbeat and positive that it sort of rubs off on you :) Kristian, I hope you get him in at least once a year! Sam as well! I just love when "celebrity" guests actually know their stuff or fans of the thing they are working on. I feel like it brings fans closer to the process when they can relate at this level. Great episode once again!
Seriously can't like this video enough. Freddie and Sam are so incredibly knowledgable and their interactions are so hilarious. A podcast with these guys just about whatever the hell they want to talk about would be money. So. Damn. Good.
+jonasbrothersrockist i heard he was in some kind of car accident which caused him not able to walk for a long time. Damn, everytime i think about it, i feel so sorry for him
I have been watching since the AMC days and this was one of my favorite Jedi Councils ever. The chemistry between this group is amazing. What a cool episode, the guest appearances are awesome.
Dang, this was awesome. Hearing Sam and Freddie know so much about the universe, their intelligent opinions on discussing the nuances - pure gold. Thanks for the awesome show! And, both guys are far, far more intelligent than I had already given them a lot of credit for. Great job, guys! Oh, and shout out to Knights of the Old Republic, Sam!! BOOYA!
+RichterBelmont Well he seems to be the Face and Voice of Star Wars in the Animated and Video game series' alike. I just hope they don't start to make Maul look like him...that will be overkill. Many great talent and SW fans out there too.
I love how Jedi Council has been on a roll these past few weeks! Every week is better than the last and this has to be one of my top 5 favorite Jedi Council's! It's so nice to see that Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sam Witwer are just as much of Rebels fanatics as everyone else watching the show!
Awesome Episode...Thank you to everyone at Collider for making it happen. Freddie Prinze Jr., Sam Witwer, John Campea, Kristian Harloff and Tiffany Smith...you are all so awesome!!!
Best Jedi Council cast ever? And I say that with absolute love, Mark Ellis. It's not a complete crew without you and your wit, Mr. Ellis, but Kristian, Tiffany, and John (glad to see him still around!) are always wonderful hosts and great to see, and Adam and Freddie not only fit in freakishly well, but are hilarious and knowledgable to boot. Great episode guys!
Great show today, just all around great week for Star Wars fans with TFA Blu-Ray release & Rouge One teaser today topped off with probably the best episode of Jedi Council yet. Both Freddie & Sam both show great affection & knowledge of the Star Wars universe that all the fans appreciate. Agree with the Smith Lord, thought I heard Vader breathing in the trailer too.
Amazing show. I stayed up way too late watching it. It's always nice to stars and celebs as passionate about franchises as we, the fans, are. Guys like Sam and Freddie, who don't look down on fans for "reading too much into it". Love it.
Kudos for snagging Sam and Freddie. Sam is a sweetheart fanboy living the dream and Freddies does a great job as Kanan. There was a KENOBI book that got cut off from being canon published in 2014-15 Timeline wise Rebels is 2-4yrs before Rogue One's stealing the plans because Princess Leia & Luke by Rogue1 are older than Ezra is in S3. Implication canon in Rebels Ezra & Leia were same age 13-15yo. Movie & show should be separate time frames before ANH and no TV tie directly into a movie.
Its great to see and hear guys like this who love Star Wars and actually be in Star Wars one way or another, either videogames, animation or the movies Sam and Freddie greats guest, cheers to the best show on Collider.
Adored this episode. Like that Sam and Freddie got to talk and I knew they were knowledgeable in the world of Star Wars but I had no idea they were THAT knowledgeable. I really liked how muted John was in this one. He let them talk and I enjoyed everything they talked about.
I'm sorry for fanboying out. But, I have to say. I love everything thing you guys do on collider. It makes me so happy to watch the fun you guys and gals have. I feel I'm a part of it. Thank you 😊👍
Love this episode, much better than the movie talk today. God I cringed so much during that. P.S. Kristian has a good voice, wouldn't it be great if he could have a cameo in the next season of rebels?

Having people like Sam and Freddie on jedi council just makes it so much better. Total star wars nerd out.
These episodes with the special guests are so amazing. I could sit for hours listening to these guys talk every week.
The best Jedi Council ever!
Agreed!
+SwaggerLikeUz Do you know what the intro tune is?
+SwaggerLikeUz Agreed. Those guys make the best guests, and it's not complete without Campea and Harloff at least. Tiffany, of course, is great too. Gosh, there's one other guy I can't remember his name that is really good that I've seen maybe a couple of times, really knows his stuff, wish I could remember his name, he would have been a great addition.
Linerunner99 Oh, right, cool. I really like it
+resistnzisfutl Mark Ellis?
I have to come clean with you guys, I've never seen Star Wars but came to watch this video because of the special guests who I am a fan of. After watching it, I will be binging Star Wars this weekend. This entire crew was fantastic!!
Freddie Prinze Jr & Sam Witwer should be regulars....
They literally have no time they’re working actors.
I will always know him as Fred from Scooby Doo
Damn i wish Sam and Freddie became regulars on this show. They are hilarious and know their shit. Love this episode!
Today has been the most Star Wars-y day in my life. And it's been amazing.
1. Woke up and watched the Rogue One trailer 47 times.
2. Went to class wearing my R2-D2 shirt

+Giraffe Bucket Oh and by the way, Campea's shirt is AMAZING
I absolutely love how invested Witwer and Prinze are in their characters, you can tell just how deep their love for Star Wars is when they talk so passionately about it, gives me so much faith in the franchise moving forward.
I love Sam Witwer, so glad to see and hear him on this episode.
I love how knowledgeable Freddie and Sam are when it comes to all things Star Wars. They seem like genuine fans themselves
These 5 NEED to be the official Jedi Council. This was a great episode!
What about Mark?
Brynjar Reynisson I would also throw him in there but the world is an imperfect place.
sam witwer looks like the 3d anakin in the clone wars show
Very true! I hadn't noticed haha
Eli Lazaro I wonder why...
eli lazaro he is starkiller, he was digitally scanned into the game
Pinkie Love omggggg he is i never noticed he looks so similar

Thank you members of the Council for getting these guys on the show. This was so fun to watch and just fucking awesome and I'm super grateful for how much you guys put into all the shows on Collider, so thank you for that.
The penultimate episode of Jedi Council. I will be using this episode as an entry point for anyone I tell about collider Jedi council from now on. Great job guys.
this is one of the best fan podcast shows of all-time. And this episode should be in the hall-of-fame of podcasts. Thank you Mr. Witwer and Kanon/Kanan/Kanaan/Conon/Canon.
Ok, so Sam Witwer and Freddie are awesome. Thought they couldn't beat Freddie's visit a few months ago, but Sam stepped up - excellent stuff.
this pure love and attention and caring with every fiber of their being. I truly feel like a family listening to all these people talk about Star Wars. Damn man, I'm just soo happy and feel amazing now watching this. ;')
Wait, wasn't Sam Witwer the voice/motion capture of Starkiller from Force Unleashed??
Yes
+SuperHns thatwasthejoke.jpg
+SuperHns I remember when he was in Smallville
I always wanted to see Starkiller in a live action Star Wars film. That first game was fucking awesome
+tatsuo71 wasn't he doomsday?
Gentlemen, GREATEST EPISODE EVER!!! Thank you for what you guys do. I am traveling for work and you guys make me feel like I am still home. Fan for life.
Freddie's passion for Kanan and Rebels is so amazing. What a cool dude.
This was, by far, the best episode of Jedi Council yet. Great job!
Please make Sam Witwer a permanent member of the Council! PLEASE!!!
This was one of my favorite episodes of Jedi Council. Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sam Witwer were a lot of fun. They knew their stuff, and the banter between everyone was great.
Absolutely loved FPJ and Sam on the show! Not only were they outrageously entertaining but they're crazy informative! Wish they were regulars.
This is simply the best stuff ever.
Geeks not afraid to be geeks, but more importantly the knowledge and the enthusiasm and the love that is on show. Nearly two hours and I wished it could have been longer.
Hope they all convene again when the true Rogue One trailer drops!

These guys are hysterical together! Get them back as a set as soon as you can!!! So good.

"Oh God, he's still alive!" Wow!!! That just gave me chills. That's the movie I want to see.
Same!!!! I hope this happens!!
This has to be one of the best episodes Collider has ever done. Really fun show.
One of the best episodes collider has ever put out, amazing. Loved every second. Great panel.

I LOVE THESE TWO GUYS! So great to see wonderful people with great passion being involved with creating Star Wars!
Anyone else notice Freddie mentioned Cad Bane and then covered it up? Did he accidentally reveal Cad Bane is showing up in season 3?
🤔
I fucking hope so. GOD I WANT CAD!
+joemario13 Timestamp?
There's a chance he could show up in Rogue One as well, according to the rumors.
+House Mouse Would like to see Cad Bane make an appearance on Rebels. Let's hope Dave makes it happen.
I hope Freddie Prinze Jr and Sam Witwer can come back regularly. They not only show how knowledgable they are with Star Wars lore, they have great insight and fan driven theories.
Plus they made me LOL numerous times watching like this.
Freddie Prinz is a cool dude...Tiffany is bae!!
WORD
+Gabriel Armstrong And he is married to the slayer too. FTW :)
Tiffany Smith is sooooo swooning this episode. It's adorable. Campea and Harloff are straight up geeking the hell out. I bet none of you went to bed early last night.

It's Fred from Scooby Doo Live Action Films.
Yes
I know him as the guy from 24 season 8
And he's married to Daphne from those movies. And Daphne voiced the Seventh Sister.
Haha. I figured that out a little while ago. He was a good Fred.
+jonasbrothersrockist i heard he was in some kind of car accident which caused him not able to walk for a long time. Damn, everytime i think about it, i feel so sorry for him
Hands. Off. Best Collider Jedi Council!
Sam Witwer and Freddie Prinz are the BEST guests on the show. Period!
Sam Witwer's knowledge on the Expanded Universe is incredible. He really impressed me, and I'm sure many others!
I have been watching since the AMC days and this was one of my favorite Jedi Councils ever. The chemistry between this group is amazing. What a cool episode, the guest appearances are awesome.
1:22:30 "To all vampires out there: We got her". One of the single greatest tweets I've ever seen.
Sam and Freddie are such humble and chill dudes. So grateful to have them bringing such awesome Star Wars characters to life! Give them more work!
Such a good conversation.
Combustion man beats P'Li
@@thesicoplayer_2663 What does that have to do with his comment?
Dang, this was awesome. Hearing Sam and Freddie know so much about the universe, their intelligent opinions on discussing the nuances - pure gold. Thanks for the awesome show! And, both guys are far, far more intelligent than I had already given them a lot of credit for. Great job, guys!

I'm glad Freddie Prinze Jr does these thing even though he's "retired".

Sam Witwer knows what the fuck is up.
True!
+RichterBelmont
Well he seems to be the Face and Voice of Star Wars in the Animated and Video game series' alike. I just hope they don't start to make Maul look like him...that will be overkill. Many great talent and SW fans out there too.

Awesome Episode...Thank you to everyone at Collider for making it happen. Freddie Prinze Jr., Sam Witwer, John Campea, Kristian Harloff and Tiffany Smith...you are all so awesome!!!
This is set to be the greatest episode ever!

The insight on this episode from Sam and Freddie was incredible. Awesome
