We have loved every single thing in the Defined Dish and now it's hard to try things from new cookbooks because we have all of the pantry staples for your recipes and basically only need to get produce and meat each week - it's the BEST!

Everyone in my family loved this! From baby to grandparents! I need to see you make Texas Tamale Pie from Comfortable Kitchen; I can’t get the spreading of the crust and I’d love to see how you do it.
Love to hear it! And for the Tamale Pie, after you dollop the crust over the pie, if you are struggling to spread it, wet your spatula! That would help it from sticking as you are spreading. And remember, it does not have to be perfect!

For someone who doesn’t like mushrooms is there something I could substitute with. Maybe some other veggies?
Definitely! Some diced zucchini could give a similar texture, but could really add whatever veggies to this stir fry that you prefer!
