This is my second FM after FM22 and I wanted to start with a mid-sized local team like Getafe or Leganés, didn't even play one game and immediately started a new save on the Korean second division, I played all the friendlies but didn't start the league before realizing I really liked my tactic but wanted to go back to Spain, and I'm now in Racing Santander B on the 4th tier. Came in as an unemployed low badges coach in December and got them off of the relegation zone easily. I'm now on February on a massive run of form.

@@coachroan it was, but no more. As a B team coach I have very little say over transfers and contacts. Thank you my friend, appreciate it! From my own experience with FM24 up untill now, I would say that it is definitely worth it to upgrade from FM22. The big thing for me are the improvements in player positioning. It genuinely feels so much better, you can see roles performing like you would expect them to perform like you couldn't before. Interactions haven't really improved in my opinion. You can now set goals, but most of the time the players still act like they are bi-polar, which isn't great. But again, with the postional play upgrades (and a lot of other improvements I haven't even mentioned), I would say it's definitely worth it
I did the switch from 22 to 24 myself and don't regret it. It's not just that the game has all of these cool new features... But it straight up runs better. Loading times are significantly smaller on my same setup so I'd say yes on performance alone. But all of the features of FM 23 plus those of FM 24 make it a fine game. Also remember: this is the Magnum Opus of old FM. The franchise will never be the same after FM 24. It will be the last of it's kind.
