I can’t even begin to express my amazement and gratitude for this man’s way of teaching. In a year he has transformed me from a grief stricken suicidal and lost human to a relaxed and open person. My life improved so dramatically when I deliberately relaxed at the height of my fear and stress - I now look forward to my days which felt impossible a year ago.

How to enjoy all that is life.
Train your mind by telling it:
Every day is a god day to die.
Life is pain. Being a jerk is optional.
There are real dangers. So what? You’ll deal with it, and lose or win, no problem.
You are always at peace with all that is life.
You are at peace no matter what goes on, no matter what is happening.
You have no issues with life.
Life does life, and you’re good with it.
You have no needs, wants, or desires that must be met or satisfied. You work to have your needs, wants, and desires met or satisfied, but if they are not met or satisfied, you remain pleasant inside just as if they had been met, or satisfied.
Outside situations, conditions, or circumstances have no effect on your inner-state of pleasantness, peace, happiness, joy, bliss, ecstasy.
No matter how unpleasant outside, you are always pleasant inside.
You have no opinions, biases, prejudices, judgements, beliefs, philosophy, theology, theories, no conclusions about how life should be.
You have no way life must go.
You receive all things with thankfulness.
    You flow with life.
You do your best with what unfolds in front of you.
You do your best, are at peace with the rest.
Nothing is broken. Nothing needs fixing.
You are not physically, mentally, emotionally attached, entangled, identified with or to people, places, things, happenings, or not happenings.
You accept the reality that is life.
You have no likes or dislikes with what is happening.
You see everything happening as adventures, not as problems.
You are always OK, and everything, and everyone, and every place is OK.
You observe your avatar’s thoughts and emotions, and you relax and let them flow and go.
You are at peace with every outcome.
You never get annoyed, irritated, upset, angry.
You never worry, fret, never get anxious, stressed, afraid.
You receive all that is life with thankfulness.
    Nothing bothers your mind.
    You are not your mind.
    You are not your body.
Your mind and body are temporarily yours, but you are not your body and mind.
You are life having a temporary human adventure.
You (life) is unbound, unlimited, infinite.
Your avatar, and it’s mind and thoughts, are bound, limited, finite.
You have the power to control your inner-state of being, and do not give any one, any place, or anything that control.

Notes for self or anyone interested. 8:47 dropping down to that little speck of dust called Earth. Visualizing dropping down and actually becoming fully present while visualizing that I am present in that moment, made this point more clear for me.

    Tremendous.
“The simple thing in front of you.”
I’ve been able to master my life. … one thing the most important is to “RELAX.”
Sometimes I can stand in a line and basically nap, without “struggle.”
    “It’s a lot of fun.”
    “Bring consciousness to bare.”

If you're married to a malignant, sadistic narcissist, you actually live most of your time in fear. And if you manage to leave the relationship they will continue to insinuate themselves and cause pain.

One day you will look back and it'll be as if you are remembering someone else's life because who you are and what your life is like will be so profoundly different than who/where you were. Stop, relax and listen; trust your inner self to create something new. You may not feel things shifting but they are. I've been where you are and eventually found my way, you can too. This channel is a great place to start. 💛

I don't think pursuing relaxation in an active way will teach me very much. It seems that by experiencing what is real (pressure) and inquiring into that state would be more beneficial, i.e. Why do I feel pressure to do anything?

I am just wondering if this is not just for privileged people with mundane problems. Why do I doubt that just relaxing and not resisting will be possible for a mother in Sudan with her dying, starving baby in her arms. Go tell her to just enjoy the ride on her little rock spinning in the middle of nowheres.
