I have a 2013 Vento 1.6 Diesel that has clocked 1.1 lac kms on the odo. Though the car is outdated in terms of gadgets, it still offers all the essentials. I had met accidents twice while driving in my Vento but you know, no other car would have taken the shock so gracefully, assuring total safety and confidence in controlling the machine. While my friends having other make cars do complain often, my Vento has always never disappointed me.
The design and dynamics of volkswagen cars matches so much with its daughter company audi cars, the design looks absolutely phenomenal on volkswagen cars❤

My personal opinion is even though there isn't any cosmetic changes, it would be really helpful if they could add more of modern features into it.
Aryan Wadile it does not offer those extra features but also is cheaper than Verna and Honda city for about 2-2.5 lakhs as the top tsi edition is 10.99 lacs based on highline plus variant
Yes the quality is brillant.....and also the LED DRLs is what I like a lot.........awesome VW........If you also check the chrome quality..................but VW should also bring the new models like........Virtus,New vento,New Polo Gti etc....

These new 1.0l TSI range is not for people who are always crying for features! Why you need those extra features which are rarely going to be used, I love VW cars because of lots of aftermarket support for this platform cars. ❤
Edit: not only this platform but every VW platform shares lots of components with each other 😍

Used Rapid diesel for 6 years, now when I am about to change my car I can't stop myself to get another Vento or Rapid, its just that I've been made addicted to quality standards which no other brand in India in the budget can meet.

I would choose vento over city and verna cuz we are carguys, we carguys love performance cars and yeah it's volkswagen, we carguys love to tune and rice golfs, golf R, polos, sciroccos, R32s etc... Agree?

You were absolutely bang on when you said that if you want people to accept you, get vento but if you have already accepted yourself the way you are, get the polo. I just loved this line you spoke. Why the hell should we care what people think? after all you are spending your hard earned cash to buy the car for yourself and not they who gonna buy it for you ! polo is absolutely bang for your bucks! at least 1.5 tsi should also have been on offer if not the 2.0 tsi.

8:14 the steering column made noise in my polo 2020 as well, the explanation given by VW was that there was greasing issue(I drove on hills, drove it in water, ascent descent, debris, gravel)
Which has better driving dynamics between polo and vento?
I’ve a 6 yr old Vento TDI which I never would want to sell, cuz there’s nothing that beats at this price range. Petrol engine isn’t that bad, maybe if VW isn’t bringing back the diesel I might get their TSI models

I got new vento TSI 1.0 highline one month back.... one can really feel that after 2000 rpm car is like going to fly....i really love this feeling.... i have tried other brand(so called modern cars) but didnt find that feeling .....

Polo, Vento, Rapid - TSI Why don’t they invest more in Indian markets as they do in the European markets and they’ve to reduce the spare parts cost considering the import duty they pay, even engine oils and lubricants are extremely high...
They have already invested 8k crores in their pune plant for localisation.. Taigun is coming out of the same stable..

Vento TDI's can rev till 5500 rpm . Others redline at 4500 rpm and dtec only 4000 rpm .

nice review. next time pls adjust the white balance of your head cam when giving the beans to the car. the road ahead looked washed out. therefore, could not clearly see how fast the car feels when accelerated hard.

Well my amaze(petrol) goes to 145 in 3rd gear. Not that it goes any more than that in any other gears cause it's limited to that speed but anyways.

It can always be re-mapped to get 200 NM of torque. APR tuners from USA are professionals and do a fantastic job.
Suggestion: Kindly mention the pricing of the cars too and use texts in between the video.

Best review. I think all vehicle company should have to tuned the sedans engine from the hatch as it has more weight. uses same engine output not so good. If it had 115-120 bhp would be absolutely joyful.

I had a vento, I had to dispose off the reason being the spare parts are not available in the market not even it's coolant or oil, the service providers in most of the ser vice centers lack expertise, and recommend changing the entire assembly which will be very costly, the service centers just expolite, it is a organised loot, a small bolt has to be changed with a full assembly, costing a huge sum, very often vital parts fail and the service center fully expolite the owners ,the maintainance is very costly and well organised by the company one has to look into this aspect while selecting vw cars.
