Den secondly after 120kmph or so VW infact germans comes into party. At triple digit speeds no matter how u drive how abruptly u change lanes, taller gear ratios and perfect centre of gravity is something no other platforms can offer. Yes verna can marathon straight but we cnt play with it. We all knw its poor steering setup having dead feel, so light nd lacking any feedback at higher speeds. And its chassis omg its like spoiled kid. It behaves like its own at higher speeds. Handling is something they cnt match with germans even after they reborn twice. Power is nothing widout control sir. 126 horses cnt complement dynamics
My car costs me about 12 thousand, once a year at the dealership, this consists of: 5w40 Synthetic oil, oil filter, oil drain bolt, Air filter, Diesel filter, AC filter, brakes cleaning and adjustment, wheel balancing and alignment, Interior cleaning with dashboard and plastic trims polish, underbody and engine bay wash and body foam wash, and also lubrication of all latches and hinges.

I remember that day when i bought a second hand vento with lots of confusion and doubts, i ignored them who advised me to buy some other vehicle i20, swift, honda city and verna. But as soon as i bought it I spent almost 20,000 which includes maintenance charges but the service was done by a known mechanic and he knew everything about the car. I never faced a problem with a vehicle after a hefty amount spent on it, The vehicle is stable and does not feel like toys. This vehicle made me proud every time, it's simple and sobber. Other than that i like verna a lot but never thought of putting it at stake, maintenance is high when due to lack of time and money the owner avoids maintenance.

I have a 1 year old harrier at home, i can say harrier is love❤️ but vento is an emotion 😍😍. Agreed with 17:00 , Parts are expensive but not easily damaged. It is the car no need to see garage often if maintained properly. Polo for 9 yrs 139000kms

I own a 2011 Vento 1.6 TDI, it has run around 2,38,000. Believe it or not one of the best car I have driven till date. Recently I had race with polo stage 2 150bhp by code6, I was able to overtake the car easily on long stretch. As soon as we stopped near a signal, the polo guy asked me in which stage the vento is running and I literally got goosebumps as mine is running on stock😃. He was shocked too. This is just one example that what Vento 1.6 TDI is capable of and I’m one of the proud of Volkswagen vento🤙🏼.

Oh wow!! The dashboard polishing part related to airbags was an eye opener.. will be careful when getting the car for interior cleaning going ahead in my Polo.. I was actually thinking of selling my 1.0 MPI of 2019 and buying Taigun - but will keep this one as primary car (if I happen to purchase a second car ) and maintain it till RC expiration now ..
Very well maintained car ...it's VW. In Old days Parsi car owners were known to maintain their cars like this. Very good technical knowledge about cars....very few people have such aptitude.

That's why I would on this date still suggest going for the 1st gen vento polo be it in the diesel or petrol versions because they are selling at very low rates. A bit of love given to them and they will be restored to their former glory and drive almost as good as new.

my papa owns a mk5 (old model) jetta 2011 , 2.0 tdi. chennai. the paint is still shining today. the car quality is mexico made. parts are little expensive but lasts much longer than other cars in comparison. all Local garge service only. NO showroom . every 1000 Rs diesel he uses 10 ml System D addictive the engine is butter smooth after fuel additive. 2.5lakh kms and still pulls like new. He enjoys driving it.

Vws are amazing reliable if kept well, we are also owning polo since 2011 then got polo again in 2017 never faced any issue and some say tdi aren't reliable the 2011 polo was tdi only and clocked 1 lakhs + km
Sir VW TDIs are most reliable that i believe. They never dies themselves but can only be killed. Taking care of 1-2 things will made them last forever widout loosing any breath. Sir the beauty of TDI is, they maintain thr stock performance figures right from day one till they even clock 5 lacs plus kms dat i can assure u. Thr is no dip in power and torque curve. He is right if owners like him would have bought vento then none of vento could have gone for scrap because he understands cars really well and from his experience it really seems that he knows the dna of Volkswagen brand and it's requirements of servicing . We have only listened the complaints of fuel injecter and ABS apart from that there wasn't anything that could make you to sell vento after using it for few years because now this ownersnhip review of vento is an eye opener .. since you all can see if Volkswagen diesel engine is maintained properly then it is reliable for sure because running more than 3 lakhs is more than enough for a 10 years old car

Sir as i said in the video, i have retrofitted my car with everything that was offering of latest facelift. Right from both headlights n tail lights, front and rear bumpers, front grill, hood, fog lights, rear chrome strip with reflector strip, antenna and all incriptions and emblems

I bought 2019 model Vento comfortline 1.6 Petrol. The engine feels like WOW. I have drive many cars but I got a deal and the car was 28000 KMS on the odometer. I tried Rapid, Amaze and some news cars under 10L budget but I think I made the right choice with Vento. It is safe, comfortable and offer lots of confidence on the road.
I am just amazed by the knowledge of owner . I am a mechanical engineering student and many technical things the owner taugh like octane number for petrol and cetane number for diesel any many more are in our core syllabus. I think owner is a mechnical/automobile engineering or having a deep interest in car technology.
Paint water based hi hota hai vw mein. He is right. Salute to this guy's info. He has done his homework. I feel this cars condition is because he parks it in shade. I believe this guy, I can relate with him. I have driven Punto for 9 years. Ameo- I am driving since last 5 years. These European cars are different.

But tbh the parts being reliable is a fable of the past, post 2015 or so when the newer engines started showing up VW started compromising on the parts in India esp on Polo. Could well be due to localisation or just cost cutting to stay competitive & healthier margins.

MY 19yrs old Alto is still like this from inside. Yes from outside its paint has worn out because of age but car from interior is still like this. Next year its registration will expire then we will go for VW or SKODA.

A VW will always remain a VW. I drove a Vento 1.6 for 10 years and dream of owning it again..... ❤️ Currently driving a Taigun.
Vws are amazing reliable if kept well, we are also owning polo since 2011 then got polo again in 2017 never faced any issue and some say tdi aren't reliable the 2011 polo was tdi only and clocked 1 lakhs + km
Sir VW TDIs are most reliable that i believe. They never dies themselves but can only be killed. Taking care of 1-2 things will made them last forever widout loosing any breath.
Sir the beauty of TDI is, they maintain thr stock performance figures right from day one till they even clock 5 lacs plus kms dat i can assure u. Thr is no dip in power and torque curve. Next part will unveil so many shocking things that i loved to discuss with sunderdeep ji. 😊
@@munishsharma96 agree on that sir whenever I go to vw service center i do found long lasting tdi's vento and polo still running and no major servicing needed just a general one infact once I visited there i met a owner who clocked 5.47 lakhs km in his vento he just changed the required parts that were meant to be changed at certain km and it's running good 🚀
Asli 2010 vento mere paas hain without any changes exact jaisi tab aati thi aaj bhi vaisi hain aur perfectly maintained....

He is right if owners like him would have bought vento then none of vento could have gone for scrap because he understands cars really well and from his experience it really seems that he knows the dna of Volkswagen brand and it's requirements of servicing . We have only listened the complaints of fuel injecter and ABS apart from that there wasn't anything that could make you to sell vento after using it for few years because now this ownersnhip review of vento is an eye opener .. since you all can see if Volkswagen diesel engine is maintained properly then it is reliable for sure because running more than 3 lakhs is more than enough for a 10 years old car

This is is the facelift version in fact, the one prior to this didn’t have a chrome strip on the boot which was the first version
Sir as i said in the video, i have retrofitted my car with everything that was offering of latest facelift. Right from both headlights n tail lights, front and rear bumpers, front grill, hood, fog lights, rear chrome strip with reflector strip, antenna and all incriptions and emblems

I bought 2019 model Vento comfortline 1.6 Petrol. The engine feels like WOW. I have drive many cars but I got a deal and the car was 28000 KMS on the odometer. I tried Rapid, Amaze and some news cars under 10L budget but I think I made the right choice with Vento. It is safe, comfortable and offer lots of confidence on the road.
I have a 2011 Polo. 1+ lakh km. Still tight as a drum with no faults. VW makes fantastic cars.
I am just amazed by the knowledge of owner . I am a mechanical engineering student and many technical things the owner taugh like octane number for petrol and cetane number for diesel any many more are in our core syllabus. I think owner is a mechnical/automobile engineering or having a deep interest in car technology.
He is from Science background, even I thought he is a mechanical engineer or automobile engineer.

17:07 i appreciate the man’s enthusiasm for his wheels and VAG. But tbh the parts being reliable is a fable of the past, post 2015 or so when the newer engines started showing up VW started compromising on the parts in India esp on Polo.
Could well be due to localisation or just cost cutting to stay competitive & healthier margins.
I really wish this had an English translation or at least subtitles, such informative content needs wider reach

MY 19yrs old Alto is still like this from inside. Yes from outside its paint has worn out because of age but car from interior is still like this. Next year its registration will expire then we will go for VW or SKODA.
