Yes, sai3 lou2 細佬 is young brother, sai3 lou6 細路 means child
In Chinese, they are 2 different characters.

Thanks for another great lesson! One question though, so 阿 is at the beginning, and at the end you have 呀. But what about 啊? Can you use it interchangeably with 呀 or is there a difference?

Basically they have no difference in speaking. But in formal writing ✍️, like novel or poem, people normally would use 啊. But the other one is also correct.
