Today i tried this...taste was good...அதிக அளவில் செய்யும் போது இடியாப்பத்தை தண்ணீரில் போட்டு வடிகட்டி எடுத்து செய்வது நல்ல method... வீட்டிற்கு குறைந்த அளவில் செய்யும்போது just ஆற வைத்து உதிர்த்து செய்தால் போதும் என்று நினைக்கிறேன்... மோர் சேர்ப்பது சுவையை கூட்டுகிறது 👌👌👌👌😋

I do make thallicha idiappam with mormilagai and curry leaves instead of onions. And also, I make sweet idiappam with sugar ,grated coconut,and little ghee( make the ghee hot and pour it in the idiappam) and mix it well. You can also make Kara idiappam with ( grind Milagai vathal and garlic with salt) thallicha kadugu,ulanthapirappu and curry leaves.
