30 years ago dogs didn’t have so much issues. The last 10 years every dog I have, been having sling issues. Vets are big business now. Soon it will catch up to hospitals. No matter what I feed my dogs. High end dog food same issue. Raw diet same issue. Only thing I can do is bath them everyday cause I take them out everyday. But I notice it’s environmental issues. If I don’t take them out except to go potty and I wipe them down it’s really minor red bumps on the belly. But why have a dog if gonna lock them in the house everyday. Something is poisoning dogs. Or a sign the world is a disease. It’s not only dogs human been having more issues the past 15-20 years. Like almost every kid I know was born with skin issues.

Try rubbing plain old rubbing alcohol on the areas. It helped mine, then sometimes a moisturizer if getting too dry. Also, Head and Shoulders Itchy Scalp shampoo has helped my dog also.
