@ChristopherBuhisan If you open the Casing and remove the board there's a CMOS Hub you can gently remove and Hit the Hard reset and Bypass all passwords and have a fresh system.

I'm looking for a resolution to a problem with my PC, i.e. I performed the restore by removing all of them. but it's just that when it restarts I get the choose window option screen, if you choose one it turns off and on again then it restarts showing the same screen as before or choose option then it keeps restarting continuously.

My son did a pre kindergarten program called Waterford Upstart. He completed the program and got to keep the Dell Latitude 3120 laptop they sent him. Is there anyway to wipe it completely clean? I figured out how to do a factory reset but it wasn't a total reset. When we power on it still has the Waterford logo pop up. Not the typical windows/dell program I am used to. Can't do much on here othe than use Chrome. I can't update zoom either. Everything is totally foreign to me, something about Ubuntu.. can you help me at all?

Sir i need your help so i own a dell g15 intel version 12 gen so 2 days ago the motherboard of the laptop change cuz the laptop wasn’t starting not booting or even bios keyboard was dead to so dell guy replaced the motherboard so now all good but windows security things is that you have to enter the outlook password to open the laptop and i forgot i didn’t written down my mistake but i was just to exited so without login laptop won’t on i mean home just stucked at the password option so by doing this will my laptop be formatted all new and second is my laptop comes with lifetime ms office and things so will they be gone or my windows will be gone or even after format i still have to enter password please help me my presentation are stucked and i am super tensed sir please i beg. Or anyone reading please help me
password not required for factory reset just watch my video and follow all the steps taken as per video.
for data if you select keep file your data will be there after reset
other option you will not get any file or date which is saved in your hard drive it will be complete fresh as per factory. (much recommended keep backup all your date in external drive for safety)

This was not a factory reset. All it did was fail to install all the drivers and programs that come with Windows.
Currently, my pc is flashing a black screen every time it changes the screen or tabs on the internet.

sorry if this is a late comment, but on a windows optiplex 390 windows, after factory resetting, does it require some previous type of gmail or something similar like that like on ipads, cause i bought this computer from facebook and i fear that if i factory reset it, it might require previous owner account knowledges to unlock the pc after reset
