So I'm curious how you have things set up to better work on a 1440p monitor. I'm trying to set things up, but... it just all seems far, far, FAR too small and there's no real way to increase the size of a lot of the ui.

How do you get Travel plugin to show the icons.... just has the text which is really not too helpful ("Return to Home 1" "Return to Home 2" etc)

in your main bag click the little cog, then drag the bars from your other bags into the first bag to create one lare one :)
