For someone who doesnt regularly work out, divide the set in half and do them first, and once youve gotten into that, then do this. So instead of doing 100, do 50 first and with the 4x25 sets, just do 2x25. Maybe after a week, add the second half. Just an advise, this is a killer workout, even for someone who works out multiple times a week.

So, a healthy little lesson. If you do not enter into a type of caloric deficit you will not be able to achieve a "flat stomach." Our abdominal area is covered with a layer of fat that can be OXIDIZED with the deficit (because it is impossible to lose fat only in a specific area). Taking this into account, you must also take into consideration your body type, many people cannot have a low fat percentage because they are mesomorphic, and you must also consider that fat is not bad, it is also healthy, especially for women, so If you want a "flat abdomen" I recommend a good diet and high intensity exercises. And if you want a "big butt" A high calorie and protein diet + medium intensity exercises. STAY HEALTHY! 💕

Guys, if u have nvr worked out before u just may want to reconsider doing 100 per each exercise bc 1) u won’t get up from ur bed the next day as ur entire body will be in pain & u will not be able to work out 2) it’s not good for your muscles as they’ve either nvr been trained this intensely before. Start off with 30-40 and increase the number day by day (by 10 ideally) ❤

Ima just count my days of doing this workout until I get abs (Im gonna try not to forget, also I do gym aswell in school so this is not entirely only because of thos workout that Id get abs) Day 1: it really pays off it is a GREAT workout, it took me like 1 hour and 30 minutes - 2 hours, after I did the workout my legs were kinda weak, I mean, atleast we know it did something good, when I looked in the mirror there were visible abs which never happens to me with workouts, after I took a shower they disappeared but that is fine! Because that means that it's forming atleast, I lost around 2-4 pounds, going from a 112-110 to a 108. (Pounds) Day 2: still pushing through, it feels more challenging than before, the easy steps got harder and the harder steps got a little bit easier, by back hurts slightly but Im not sure it has to do with the workout, my legs hurt and I know thats from the workout. My abs didn't show up as more prominently as yesterday but is very slightly there, I lost a pound after doing this workout, going from a 108 to a 107 (pounds) after the workout it didn't hurt to do things anymore which is good but probably from adrenaline. Day 3: my legs don't hurt anymore but my back still slightly hurts, it wasn't that hard to do today it was actually pretty easy surprisingly, but wit was still a bit hard to do the workout consistently, in the mirror I seen visual differences, I am a bit skinnier and there are slight abs but not as slight as before but not as prominent as the first day I weighed around 108 to 107.8 pounds and after the workout I was at 107.2 pounds and it seems to be doin good!! No pain afterwards somehow! Day 4: My leg hurts from overuse so I ended up doing all the workouts except the ones that include jumping in it so my leg can heal faster, after the workout I surprisingly had a bit of abs showing though without the jumping ones it is easy, I didn't end up running after the workout because I had gym and I ran a mile and 1.25 laps around the gym (10 laps around is a full mile so I ran 11.25 in total with no breaks at all) so I didn't wanna run again today but the workout is still great!! Day 5: I again did the workout with no jumping cause my leg still hurts and after the workout there is a very very slight sign of abs (which is suprising cause everything without jumping is very easy and Im suprised anything showed up) it was extremely easy mostly because of the fact there is no jumping involved I didn't check my weight today so I don't know if it lost anything Day 6: not much difference the slightest amount of ab definition, I had a flat tummy though and I did the no jumping again because my leg hurts like shit right now cause I walk for a living- but it's okay since I can still walk Day 7: it was pretty easy today aswell and my tummy is pretty flat with a bit of abs I didn't do any workouts with jumping again cause I need my leg to heal. Day 8: I'm gonna take a break today because I had a sit up test today and its late my leg also still hurts I'll get back to it tomorrow though. Day 9: I got back to the original workout and my tummy was flat and I had slight abs and after a little bit of waiting they were still there it was still pretty easy even though I added everything back!! I was around 106 pounds afterwards Day 10: I have to take today off too sorry- I have something that took longer than expected.

Day 9: I got back to the original workout and my tummy was flat and I had slight abs and after a little bit of waiting they were still there it was still pretty easy even though I added everything back!! I was around 106 pounds afterwards
Day 10: I have to take today off too sorry- I have something that took longer than expected.
