I have dystonia in my right hand since at least 18 months now. Cant do any arpeggios or tremolo with greater speed anymore, because of my ring finger curling inside my palm automatically . Thank you for your kind words. Sorry to hear about your condition. I also have observed focal dystonia in several players. Search for David Leisner, classical guitarist. He suffered the same same condition and yet found a way to cure himself by rerouting the nerves via using big muscles, or something.
