Excellent video and presentation: Me n Andy are well up for it after the brilliant time we had at the Winter Wales meet..... Thanks so much for taking the time to film and share.
Cracking weekend mate. Thanks for all your help and Pete too. Didn’t get any footage of me the second day. Don’t start pretending that I puked up and then went home. That’s a lie 🤥
Looks like a great place to learn what your vehicle is capable of and to hone your driving skills. Also that little bike se ma ideal. Thanks again Rich for everything you share and help the community with. God bless and stay safe.
Great entertainment Rich, fair play to the guy with the VW. The VW was quite capable. Some scenes brought back memories. I submarined a v8 landy trialler in a flooded bomb hole in an off road place in Radyr near Cardiff years ago. Hydraulic locked the motor, conrod through the block and a right job to get it out... lol
Great video, enjoyed the tour around the pinz previously. The sprinter is a weird bit capable tool. I work for MB commercial and went on the experience day round millbrook the sprinter as you said, ignore what you know off roading in a land rover.
This is great stuff. Just about to start a full conversion on a 170 519 4x4 for long-term travelling and would be very interested in a meet just to chat to other 4x4 van owners and to have the opportunity to have a go and find out what it can (and can't) do with people that actually know what a van is capable of. Watching with interest!
Great vid. Although my Cali Ocean 4motion wouldn't be anywhere near as capable as the gear seen in the vid, I'd still welcome some soft-roading tuition and also find out what the capabilities and limitations are of my bus (and me!)
Huge difference. Stronger side walls so less roll on road and way more grip off road. Down side will be grip on wet roads and more resistance but you can’t have it all.
The amount mountain rescue that are replacing landrovers with sprinters, its great for utility but it must lose a bunch on off road capacity, and as their land rovers age I do wonder what they will replace them with. Twice I have woken up in the back of a landrover, I owe my life to them and the mad bastards that drive them.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk any thoughts on whether the iveco daily 4x4 might have a better capability than the sprinter. I am hearing the German services are running trials.
Great video mate
Thanks pal. A couple of bits happened so I didn’t get the order or footage that I wanted but it was well worth the trip to make some plans.
Loved it brilliantly edited good soundtrack and bang on information.

19:52 cheeky bit of Colter Wall?
This looked a right laugh, ideal place to see what your chosen vehicle will do off rd when u need it to 👌
That looks like fun I would love to have a go at that in my berlingo lol 😂

Cracking video Rich would love to see you and Stew doing a bike race.
wanna see me ride😮
Another great video, would be very interested in a off road meet/training. I want to see what my Transporter is capable of😀.

There is something very wrong with the way you need to drive them. I just wish it had a centre and rear locker.

Tell ya what for big buses. They are capable as heck. Fair play big man. I’d be to scared about breaking it 🤣
Constantly scared of a merc bill.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk isn’t that the truth the 3 pointed star tax is a bit pricey 🤣
That looks like an awesome day out. I would love to try that with my 2023 iveco daily 4x4
hi rich an off road vehicle testing weekend sounds awsome, is there room for camping?
Nice one enjoyed that 👍love to bring my RB44 up there😊 not a fan of the bikes .you got a new van .OUT

That’s the main part of it. So many just need confidence in the kit they use.
I'm 💯% interested. Please 🙏 let me know when you're doing these
How are you liking the new tyres Rich? Take it they’ve made a difference?
Huge difference. Stronger side walls so less roll on road and way more grip off road. Down side will be grip on wet roads and more resistance but you can’t have it all.
I have a 2 wheel drive Toyota with a CVT auto. Ill bet that would be a nightmare off-road 😅
Yea that’s not ideal
😂😂
Did you get his new seats dirty Rich? 🤣
I think this is why he got new ones 😂
Who was you watching on the TV at night

I recon the Inios will be the hard core vehicle but the sprinter will get to the bulk of places with more kit.

@@TheErmerm999 it’s a tougher vehicle but it’s much bigger again and for that size you are looking at unimogs.
