I was carrying a heavy backpack for days and now i have a knee pain on both knees, but more on the right one, since im right handed, could this be bursitis or something else? it was caused by too much weight on the knees, when i press on my knees or im on bed i dont feel pain, only when walking

It struck my left dominant side and I am looking at pre-plantella bursitis from over pressuring bicycle cranks during each revolution.
What if the area becomes harder - still moveable under the skin but instead of once squishy and sore now harder. Pez area goose as you said.

Im preeetty sure its bursitis thats killlllling the sides of my legs where the femur is when I try to sleep at night. Even during the day if i touch down the side of my leg towards the back...all the way from my hip to my knee....it hurts.

Statin meds can cause knee pain, leg cramps, lack of phosphorous in diet is also a problem.

I am an old man, is how I feel every time my knee squeaks
I suffer with the Supra one, when I have a Hemiplegic migraine that left leg goes out. Then it swells and slows down my walk.
I got it from walking a lot this Summer. Some days 4-8 miles. Never had it before. Right on my kneecap. It was causing me pain while walking but it has been getting better. I'm at 70 and I fear having to get to knee replacements. I thought I might need my knee scoped. I couldn't deal with not being able to walk or get around even for 30 days. One of knees already makes creaking noises. I had a torn meniscus. My knees have never been an issue. My feet are where my problems are at. They swell up. One foot slightly different size than the other so I can never getting fitted properly. Have to deal with callous on side of foot. Orthopedic doctor already told me I would get arthritis in both knees. It's coming to fruition.

Mine does. Omax health roll on helps some. I use a cane too because I also have osteo. Hard to lift up from from low seats n toilets. Steps cause me the most pain n aggravate everything.

Help!!! I’am 33 years old, my knee started swelling 3 weeks ago, I went to doctor 4 times. I finally got mri. What happens if the spot on your knee becomes hard?? I have got the swelling down but the hard spot remains, what do I do?? 😭
I would say surgery it's the only way it's going to get rid of it.!!

Getting off the toilet causes me knee pain. Mostly below and above knee hurts. Once in awhile it will swell too. I don't believe it is bursitis.
I have the one above the knee. I've had it drained twice. And each time literally with in, a few hours the swelling comes straight back.
The swelling isn't sore at all though. I've had scans and zero damage to muscle, tendons etc... this swelling came after a marathon I ran. Since the swelling comes back straight away. What else can I do ?
The first time I had it drained I did zero running for almost 6 weeks and it still didn't resolve itself
I'm having the same problem you describe here. It appeared suddenly after a few weeks of increased running. I fear this turning into a long term problem. Did your knee heal fully and are you running again?

Not a big deal? I can’t walk from the pain, I can kneel, I can’t bear weight. It’s excruciatingly painful. No quality of life. SMH
I have one on the front of my kneecap. It’s been there around a year, and was pretty big already, but within the last week it has more than doubled in size. I don’t understand how in the world it go THIS big in such a short time. It’s right at the size of a golf ball. It really hurts now, too. Going to the doctor tomorrow morning, which I should have done before. I didn’t really worry about it until it got huge this past week. It’s so odd. Thank you for the information, though.
I suggest you have the bursa sack removed. I had the same problem as you. I’d have it drained every couple of months. Sure enough, I got an infection and needed emergency surgery to prevent amputation. Get the damn thing removed so you can avoid that.
Pain alone can still be bursitis though.
