Thanks this was super informative, I love how you added how long the milk lasts because recipes rarely add that
I ordered my MioMat today. I can't wait to get it. Thank you for the discount!! And great review
More cups of ingredients makes a thicker milk, correct?
So, it's ok to put the warm milk right into the fridge? Is the raw milk setting used from smoothie or just to drink?
I usually let it sit on the counter long enough to be close to room temperature before placing in the fridge
Funnel strainer would be better
I just got one, but the oatmilk turns out slimy and gross no matter what I try or what recipe I use, which never happens when I use the blender. I don't know what's wrong with it and the return process is horrible. The company literally said that if everything is not completely clean and in perfect condition (even the recipe book), they won't give a refund!
Oat coconut milk sounds delicious!! I was shocked at how little you needed to make the milk.
I am really loving this machine! I plan on making some coconut oat milk coffee creamer soon :)
I'm trying to figure out why I would want this over a blender and a nut milk bag? In 10 minutes, I have a 5 days-worth of almond milk, with less effort. Am I missing something?
I wouldn't bother if you're already happy with your set up. I'm wanting this machine for its ability to make soymilk which needs cooking and blending. The MioMat has this function. I've been doing it with a pressure cooker, Vitamix, and nut bag, but it's messy and time-consuming.
You have almond cow and miomat?
I do :)
@@RealLifeMillers wow ty. Do you have a preference?
@@RealLifeMillers my oatmilk did not come out creamy and almost grey?? 😩
@@ppittie9747 oh no!! Maybe try adding some coconut flakes?
@@ppittie9747 I think i prefer the miomat its easier to use and has more options
The miomat is just like the Chinese and Japanese soymilk makers. Nothing special. Looks like my Joyoung Soy milk maker.
