Such experience has informed the way I go about complaining (or often not saying anything because it isn't worth it). Very often, the customer isn't right, such as with me and ordering food. That is why the Taco Bell wrong order analogy is particularly amusing. Often, I thought I ordered something and get a different item served to me. I tell them they brought me the wrong item and then my wife usually informs me I'm wrong and got what I ordered. Turns out, I do this all the time. I must have some sort of food dyslexia. I am thinking one thing and say another. Happens with combo numbers, too. I've learned just to eat what they bring me because I don't want to look like an idiot and I feel bad if a business has to remake something.
