Literally a multifaceted brilliant talent she was. She earned Oscar for her role as young Helen Keller in the "Miracle Worker (1962)", we watched in a local cinema as part of "classroom activities", a mind-boggling performance I remember to this day. Anne Bancroft also earned Oscar acting as Ann Sullivan in the same film.
Those were those days.always remember can't forget,lm here in Toronto now patty could sing 73 and good listen to her.couple times a week.thanks for the music....
This is a lot older then 2015 believe it-more like 70's if you looked at how young she was and coloration ,not that I would know anything about that.....LOL
So surprising to think of Patty as a swinging hipster of Hullabaloo! HA! Patty did the Rosses make you do this? I bought Patty's LPs at the record store = Sears. I think of this as wild so this tells you where I am musically...
Actually it was 1966 during the second season of The Patty Duke Show......she was in Valley Of The Dolls when she was 20......she looked nothing like she does here by then....
ithe choreography may have been "ok" for the times... but... I thought it was a bit more than lame even then....now, it looks worse... Patty Duke was better than this... no, im NOT real serious about it either
Curcumond swings like a pinkemond poo. And then always remember the truth of the real lyrics is actually Curcumond not England. Anyone who says different is clubberlangs poo and also doc Mintins fart, Mrs tishels neckbrace declares this an outrage of tingle
NICE -SONG BY ROGER MILLER

That's great talent to sing and dance at the same time. And I also like the tunes and how they work together so well.
I'm English and can confirm England is exactly like this...in my opinion...
I WISH I WAS THERE TO SEE THIS IN PERSON

Amazing lady, I still love and miss her.
She wasn't known for singing but obviously she was very capable. I love the choreography.
She had a nice voice.
Funny to see the old dances and old music! Reminds me of Nancy Sinatra and her Walking Boots.
I didn't know Ms Patty could sing WOW!
Monica Chuidian ikrrrrr
She can't.
Gordon Bennett, it’s brutal.
she was the answer to country at that time
@@johnmelichar758 Better than Del Rubio Triplets. That sucks! Patty doesn't.
God, I miss that girl so much! 😪
Catch tune. Been to England (London) twice. Enjoyed. Next time I need to get out into the country side.
This should have been part of "Valley of the Dolls."
Brilliant, just love it, the dancing is in a league of its own! Thanks for posting it, it's made my day 💂♀️👍❤

King Charles needs to update this for the Coronation. Queen Consort Camilla should enter to this music.
For some reason, I'm thinking this became popular around the same time as LSD.
Remarkable. RIP. pat
So campy but wonderful!
"Roger Miller's performance of England Swings sure was weird"
Patty Duke: "Hold my beer"

That's not easy to dance like that and not run out of breath to sing.
Hilarious
This doesn't look like Patti Duke. Hum?
It is. It's her voice and I can see its Patty :)
Actually it was 1966 during the second season of The Patty Duke Show......she was in Valley Of The Dolls when she was 20......she looked nothing like she does here by then....
Yeah it is Patty Duke. I think she was 19. Patty really sounded young.

Poor Patty looks out of place in the show like this
