The micro bubbles from the topcoat are shown in the close up shots, but in person you don't notice them. This is also a 2,300 sqft commercial space. Very difficult to have no micro bubbles in that large of a project.
@LeggariProducts I've seen people use a torch on epoxy tables etc to pop the air bubbles. Would a method like that work to pop the bubbles before they cause an issue with the finished product?
When epoxy is applied over concrete, air or moisture trapped inside the concrete escapes, causing bubbles in the coating. Proper preparation helps prevent it, but you can never avoid the outgassing completely. That is why we do a base coat to make sure our decorative coat has minimal to no bubbles!
It depends on the kit! You can select a kit here you like, or build your own custom kit like this, input your square footage and get a price👍 leggari.com/order-flooring/
I really hate the song at the beginning. It sounds like someone is turning the volume knob all the way up and back down three times a second. It’s annoying. Not trying to complain, but in case the only reason you haven’t changed it is because no one mentioned it, I wanted to mention it.
Amazing work and amazing products! Thank you Leggari! I am a very satisfied and happy Leggari Academy Student 🥳
Why did you recoat with prep replacement when all the prep was done? Quick dry solution to cover the bubble holes? 🙂
To minimize outgassing!
I wish yall could do my house 😫
Hello! On day 2, what grain do you polish the first layer with?
Класс. Супер пол.
Thank you!
Should have a clock so we can see just how long each step takes and the total time overall.
Good call!
Sooooo many bubbles in the final finish. Why didn't they use a torch?

It appears there were a ton of air bubbles in the jet black coating, why? I'm not sure I've ever noticed that in any of your videos.
Different substrates exhibit varying outgassing properties, influenced by their chemical composition, surface structure, and environmental conditions!
