      already? you know where BJJ spring from? otherwise i suggest you give yourself a couple of history lessons regarding BJJ, judo, Jūjutsu :)

      Roger Strömberg only started Judo and BJJ early last year and I’m learning that a lot of BJJ is in Judo Newaza I have read a bit about Kano Jigoro and his Jujitsu migrating to Brazil before he named it Judo.

    I always thought kibisu was an ankle pick and kuchiki was a leg/knee pick... thank you for clarifying! Appreciate you bro

    Great video I'm mainly judoka but i can only use those moves on my bjj club, it's a shame that ijf ban this from competition

    Hey man, could you do a video on tips for a high school wrestler going into Judo? (based on current rules) Im really having trouble attacking from an upright position and doing things like
    lateral dropss without my back landing first. (in wrestling it doesnt matter) Thanks!

      You can obviously learn this at any time but knowing these were required when I did my 3rd dan black belt exam :)
