The passenger side of angel eye went off on my 2006 330. I followed the steps and it took me 2h to replace. I opted to get the OEM original bulb instead of the LED bulb in the video. Now it's lit up again. Thanks for the video, very helpful.
I did mine about 8 yrs ago. One side went out few weeks ago. I just bought a new pair. Will do this work this week. Thanks for the video. It helped refreshed my memory how ro replace them. Good video.

You can change the high beams through that small access door if you are capable of doing it by feel. It is off to the side but I have seen guys do it. You do the same routine you do to change the low beam headlight so if reaching over and doing it without seeing it is something you can do it beats removing the whole panel.
Sprinkle some baking soda, leave overnight and vacuum up. You can also get this stuff called odoban to clean the surfaces. Stay the interior and let it sit again overnight. I had cigarette smell in mine and it went away. I also changed the cabin filter.

Thanks for the video. I noticed this issue with my ‘09 335i. Had the headlight assembly out today to fix the right side adaptive headlight which was pointing at the ground. Checked over the wires and avoided touching anything that might flake off insulation. LOL
You can now buy “paint on” liquid electrical tape and it comes in various colors. Used it a few months ago to fix bad insulation on wires after change out the day time running lights.

Ozone generator is the only guarantee. Worked for me with a smoker's car. Nobody can even tell was a smoker's car.
Those are my favorite Rims, I want those so bad for my car! I have the 17 inch ones, they look very similar but they are not those 18inch ones that you have. Those look so good on the car man

Are the angel lights the ones that go around the daytime and low/high beam lights? They are like 5" rings.
Could be an e90 etc but it could also be a Pre-lci or Lci which it sometimes has the angel eyes on top of the headlights instead of the bottom

You can try using coffee. It works just as well and leaves it smelling better than chemical :)

How long did these bulbs last? I've heard some people say they've had to change them within or shortly after a year.
It's not a job I want to have to do again. haha.

Jake Spence I have a question, dont know how to contact you. How did you like your mmp stage 3? Would you recommend them over pure stg 2? Also mmp stage 3 turbos wont work with my PSP high flow outlets?
Hey Roman. I'm not sure if the MMP turbos will mate up to your PSP outlets. You'd have to ask Mauricio at MMP. As far as my thought on them, I liked them. They were good turbos and I never had any problems with them. PURE also makes a good set of turbos, so that's a very tough choice. I think it depends on your budget and power goals, but I don't think you can make a wrong choice.

I had them for around 500 miles, then my motor blew. I don't know what kinda power I was putting out, but I was running 28psi, so it was north of 600whp.

I’m having g trouble with mine. I have a 2009 328xi and I have the crappy headlights that run off regular Bulbs and I bought new Lux ones but I keep getting the Wrong ones? I think I can’t change mine to Lux cuz it’s not comparable and it looks like my Halo rings are separate too? Do I gotta just by new headlights?

My angel eye bulbs are much much smaller Sylvania H3 bulbs. Located directly behind the headlight in small compartments held in place by 4 screws. Pain in the ass to get to.
Every video shows much larger red-black bulb units.

Not sure why everyone either jacks up the car/takes off the wheel. I had no problem changing the bulb accessing it with the wheel on. Just turned the wheel hard right and had no problem changing bulb.

Nope. Mine is completely different. E92 335i xDrive with the adaptive bi-xenons do not need any of this. There is a single cap on the headlight assembly accessible from the engine bay. H8 bulb.
Do you need to buy new headlights too or do they work with just the regular stick headlights?

Yes, it should be the same if you have angel eyes. One bulb lights up both rings.

The angel eyes? LUX. For the headlights, I've used the OEM bulbs...
I replaced both lights without taking off the wheel easily

This is a good question. I don't think it's a plug-and-play upgrade. You'd have to do some research online to see what others have done.

Just a guess, but the clutch interlock switch could cause that.

"Chocking" = blocking the wheel to stop the car rolling.
