NULL: Thank you, commander.
NULL: So… It seems there are more Vani than the ten who appeared on Earth. This one apparently lacks a Catalyst, or “Tether,” as they call those poor humans they seem to possess. He does not seem as hell-bent on destruction as Xelzerin, as cold (no pun intended) in personality as Morzogo, nor as angry as Insinera. In fact, he seems…. Hesitant. Does this Vani not want to partake in whatever genocide mission the rest are on? Though he dooooes tend to sound snarky or imposing, but like he’s bluffing.
NULL: Either way, we first learned of him after we received a transmission that seems to have been mostly meant for another Vani. It came from the direction of the planet Saturn, and was heavily distorted; some don’t even think it was in any human language. But… at the end, he spoke in clear English.
((Null plays the tape.))
???: “…Oh, and for those smart lil’ humans who might’ve gotten this, hey. Name’s Zahalkro. Scared yet? Neat. Fear’s the last thing that’ll make you feel alive. You’re gonna be out, juuuust like that. Three, two, one, muffled. Like all those other planets. Anyway, peace out.”
NULL: There’s a few more transmissions and, in the later ones, he seems more relaxed. Except… this latest one we got. The one I REALLY wanted to share. Look.
((Null plays the next tape.))
ZAHALKRO: “Hey, humans. Getting’ off at alien transmissions? Well, tell you what, I’ll even toss in some space travel tech for you to use, yeah? On me. But you gotta make a deal, m’kay? Promise me you’ll come to Saturn, the moon you call Titan, and gimme a goooood fight. I’m so god damn BORED. I hate the others for being able to fight n’ shit but I’m stuck here bumpin’ messages. I just wanna fight you like the others did. And, uh-huh, yeah…
….I’m talkin’ to you, Null.”
((Null quietly looks up at Sleep.))
((Sleep thinks for a good minute.))

It was revealed on the discord server that his powers are mainly magnet and precious metal related, but I think you might be onto something with the muffle bit

To me, it looks like a Bird Vani, if that exists. I haven't read the lore yet, as I'm lazy, but the look and parts of the music make me think whoever made Vanis (IF THEY WERE MADE) used a bird. Maybe just because I know Florafauna are manmade, I suspected Vani were too. VERY CONFUSING THIS COMMENT IS.
