But we don't have wolves in Australia. I've also done a comparison to wild dogs and Dingo's. All sound completely different.

I’m a true believer in Yowie and big foot but come on mate, you are pushing the bounds of reality. Water drips ? Really.
One good sound out of 10 maybe and that was # 1.

When you think there isn't anything around you in the bush...that is the time to photograph.

Well, all these sound recordings were recorded when I placed sound recorders in the bush. No one was there for seven days while the recorders were active. So there is no possibility of anyone taking pictures.

What device do you use to record those wood knocks mate? That is good quality recordings

I use a professional parabolic dish from America that has a digital sound recorder attached to it. To record it all. The setup is in this video when I recorded the wood knock at Bungonia Natioal Park.
