The quality of the phone recording doesn’t do justice. The whole stadium was vibrating. I was worried they were going to be too old but they put on a great performance. To all the keyboard warriors bitching… you should have been there 🤘🏼
@@Agileslick I last saw them in 2009 Wembley arena black ice tour, it was absolutely mental, this is a pale imitation. I love Ac/dc but theres no way I’d pay out to see this show, but if others are happy to pay and see them ( as there obviously is ) it’s all good.
Look at all the pumping fists and jumping around. Tons and tons of good people all cheering our boys on and giving them support. I love this. Thank you for sharing with us.
I am 72 and have seen ac dc a few times and I can remember the first time was in the back room of the bull pub in Romford Essex and that was a great night.
It's so cool I would find this on my UA-cam feed. I was there, on that day! Sitting on the right hand side. I was so close to those massive speakers, the music was vibrating through my whole rib cage. It was a really good atmosphere. I had a great time!
My husband saw them pre Bon Scott in 70s Perth at Beethovens Night Club, we saw them together at Wembley some years back. Living back in Perth now & would see them again tomorrow if we could. Their concerts are fantastic, you leave wondering what the hell just happened. I don’t like rock music clean, pretty & perfect, especially heavy blues rock which is what this is. Loud, dirty, low down. Love it! ❤
Hi all this was my 4th ACDC concert. The sound quality of Brian was such that none of our group of 4 could hardly hear him. Glad I went but a little bit disappointed. On a different point £8.00 for a pint was a bit rich as was £9.80 for a hot dog (which I did not buy) Finally the T shirts outside the stadium were £55, £45 in the stadium and just £40 online. I know it costs a fortune to host these events but for me this was just sheer greed.
We were there too Sunday night, if Brian sounded better than Wednesday he must have sounded bad then. I love Brian and acdc but I thought the vocals sounded bad, either brians voice or bad mixing
By the look of it you were sitting pretty near me! But your camera work is better than mine. 😂 Someone sent me a very snooty review from the Independent, which gave the show 3/5 stars. I sent him back my review with 5/5 stars - here it is: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Despite what you might read in some of the more snooty sections of the press, this is one of the best gigs you'll ever go to (indeed, according to quite a few who were there, THE best gig they've ever been to). Technically they're still right up there with the best, and while they don't move around quite as much as they used to, they still give two hours of the highest quality high voltage rock n roll. And let's face it, when 80,000 people are singing Highway to Hell, there's nothing left to prove." 😄
Block 524 was where I was. First time seeing them I thought they were pretty good, enjoyed it myself. My only complaint I guess was when Brian spoke you couldn’t really hear him, and as someone else mentioned I felt the solo did go on a bit too long, but then if you’ve been doing it for 50 years I can’t really be the one who tells someone that :)
@@RobWatson I was in 524! Row 23, seat 304. Small world. I'm not sure if there was a problem with the vocals sound - Brian normally talks to the crowd more than he did, but for me Angus was as good as he's ever been - maybe better. I just loved it! 🤘
This review in The Telegraph .. "AC/DC, Wembley Stadium: as a lifelong fan, it pains me to say this was depressing. Unlike the Rolling Stones, the Aussie rockers have failed to find a way to play on through their fading technical abilities". After watching this video, I wholeheartedly agree!
This version is a bit slower in tempo than other versions I have heard. The slower tempo makes it less intense than say the version from the river Platte or Rock am ring….BEST BAND EVER
@@Lexani99 I wondered that as well because I noticed a few times they were walking around recording the crowd with microphones, also works with the double header at Wembley
I was up the front night 1 and as we were walking in we were told they were recording for a live DVD and they were filming us singing / our reactions up the front
Poor chaps… Brian’s voice isn’t clearly not doing what he would like it to do. He sounds like his voice gonna give up half into the tour… The intro was like very slow. Even the stage looks as something from the past. 😢 this pains me to say, but it’s not the same band which I saw only once during the stiff upper lip tour…
They are 69 and 76 and can entertain around 2 milion tour-goers who sold entire tour in an hour! You will be happy if you are not dead at that age. Pay a respect man!
@@Necesany I know they’re oldies! But what I see here I wouldn’t want to pay for. I’m touring myself with a band that’s 75 average and the 2024 tour was the first where more band members were sitting instead of standing… not everyone can tour till they’re 80. And there is no shame in calling it a day after such a career, especially after the passing of the main creative force of the band. That a tour is sold out in 1 hour says nothing about the performances, just say something about the institution it is (many big festivals are sold out in hours even before one headliner is announced…) That’s all I’m saying. If you can’t stand my comment. Just ignore it.
Angus is a G*d damn force of nature but contrast the TONE of the guitar intro with the studio version or live at river plate. The notes are all right but it sounds really weird. Some kind of pedal maybe?!?!
@@taunokekkonen5733 Maybe. Really not sure as i have seen vids of other songs during that same concert and they were much closer to as I would expect!!
Give it a rest FFS. No aura or presence of grandeur, much too old, past their sell by date. They'll be pushed out in wheelchairs next. The band died with Bon Scott.
ACDC will go down in history as one of the greatest bands of our lifetime. Unfortunately, their sound bored engineers didn't do them justice and the acoustics at the stadium always sucked. Sad to say.

Brilliant 👌am 61 and grew up with listening to this band and many others and so lucky I was. We will never see bands like this again (sadly)

Brian Johnson still rocks for a 76 year old.

Not 3 keys lol, just a half step down which they’ve done since Black Ice tour.
