The answer isn't to build more bridges for cars. They need to develop better bus transit and rail transit, that is clean and well maintained.

The bus transit you talking if the build them were are they supposed to been driven if not the road infrastructure or the same bridges, without the roads n bridges , you are then creating more traffic for the city,.. Reason well before commenting,,.
