Thanks again for another great recipe and demonstration. Did you use 2 types of wine, or what was the first one and/or both? The reason I ask is because people that live in places like me will probably have to substitute, so are they dry or sweet? Thanks again for another great one.
@@wheelchairhillbilly Hello there! There were 2 types of wine. Chianti was the first and red wine was last. Chianti is a dry red wine, I used DaVinci and the second was also red and dry. You don’t have if you don’t want to add the second but I love the depths of flavors. I hope this helped. Thanks for watching!
