Do you think it would be possible to use the original ESC of the mini X and just drill my own holes into the board?

Yes it’s possible. The only thing you would be missing out on is the extra 4 mph that you would get if you used the ESC from a stealth .
Very cool! I did the exact same thing with a V2 deck as well.
Also, I added a Stealth ESC to a V3 plus deck too.
I found this 16 year old kid who sells Boosted parts out of a shed at his parents house and picked up three (3) Stealth ESC’s (all low mileage) for $250 each. I’ll be posting a series of videos revolving around the same process.

dang those risers from the mini are slightly different i noticed… they’re curved to conform to the mini deck. idk how they’ll work on the V2 deck. maybe something you’ll wanna look at 🤷🏻♂️
Risers aren't cross compatible that's why it was hard for you to get the mini's risers into the flat vanguard deck

Can I keep the battery ( battery remain off )on the board while swapping out the esc ？
how did this work out? on my mini X the motors are loud as fuck. how can it be a stealth with that loudness?

I have a v2 and I’ve been wanting to get a mini x because it’s easier to travel around with. All the used ones I’ve seen online are still $400+.
So I was wondering if I can take everything from my V2 and put onto a mini X deck. I found a cheap bare mini x deck for $50 locally but don’t want to invest if it won’t work.
everything would work besides getting a mini x esc and risers, unless you drill new holes in the deck and get a battery connector extender
If you had the boosted beams will it work on the esc you just installed even though they went out of business?
Yes, they would work if you are able to find them for sale.
No it won't work, boosted USA escs are 2.3.3 while beams need 2.7.2 look on eBay
what parts did you have to buy from boosted usa?
