    I believe it doesn't compare to rehab because a user will tell you they could get clean but the problem is staying clean because of the depression, no motivation, and anxiety the follows getting clean. Ibogaine, based off testimonials, brings patients into a state of bliss and comfort. I'm saving up for my treatment now and I am so happy and excited about being free!!!! I want to do it now so badly but I have to save up. I have to take into account the entire immigration issues happening currently. Pray for me please!!! Thank you all!

    I've been researching Ibogaine for some time now and there is more information in this presentation than any other I have read or viewed. Thank you. I realize this is four years old but I would truly appreciate his slides.

    I am surprised this video does not have more views. Obviously Dr. Kamlet is extremely knowledgeable about the proper precautions needed for a safe and effective ibogaine treatment and assuming recovery and addiction overall. I would have loved to hear more, I wish they didn't rush him at the end like that. When a speaker of his intelligence on ibogaine is lecturing I think he should have been allowed extra time. Hard to imagine the next speaker provided better info than what we probably missed out on if he didn't get flustered at the end there with a 3 minute clock. Too bad but still provided great info, I'm going to check out the other lecture he mentioned and reach out to him.

    I wish there was a lecture on micro dosing exclusively because there’s very little information on it.
    I’m addicted (I’m not sure if I shouldn’t say that I was) to amphetamine and marijuana and started taking small doses of Iboga ta ... I’ve bought a gram and divided it to 30 doses... I felt something the first day When I took 0,03g orally (Initially I thought it could be a placebo effect)
    Im at day 8 now (and I’m sure it’s not placebo) and have no cravings whatsoever my mind is sharp and I’m full of energy . I’m clean and full of hope... I know It’s not a magic bullet and that there’s tone of work that I need to do in order to overcome this problem but it was never as easy as it is now to quit using and there’s no internal fight to stay clean. I’m so grateful to God that he gave us magical plants like Iboga in order to help us with our issues.
    I Love you all beautiful people 😘

    Awesome presentation doctor! I'm on 100 mg of methadone now. A month and a half ago I went through a fentanyl detox and it was pure torture. I had used fentanyl for only a year and a half. I was 15 years sober from heroin addiction before that. Every time I've had to detox I've had to do it myself with 0 help from leaders in the medical community or the Narcotics Anonymous community. The only reason I was successful in getting off of fentanyl is because I had fifteen years of sobriety and previous experience. These young kids getting hooked stand no chance against fentanyl. It was so much worse than heroin. I literally felt like I was a prisoner of war that was being tortured. I cried for many days in agony and begged God to save me but there was no way through it but torture. I'm so thankful that this plant exists. If I had the money I would use it to get off of methadone but unfortunately I don't.

      I'm still experimenting with this myself - be mindful I'm not addicted to any substance, I do it for purely psychological/trauma issues: You could try microdosing while you're out and about. Usually 0.1 to 0.3 grams per dose - every day to once a week for a few weeks (root powder; TA or pure Ibogaine would be far less in amount of course). Whole Iboga root bark also varies in strength - therefore always do a safe minimum test dose first. Always pay attention to how you feel of course - space doses further apart or reduce individual doses if needed or stop entirely as Iboga alkaloids tend to accumulate over time. Alternatively it should also be manageable to take a minidose - 1 to 2 grams (or even a little more) in one session lying in bed, taking small partial doses over a few short hours to ease your body into it until you reach the full intended dose. Maybe get your heart checked out beforehand just in case. If you take two or more grams on a single day idealy I'd have a sober trip sitter taking care of you that maybe also could stay over night and who can assist you when you need to go to the bathroom or throw up. I myself would maybe dare to try up to 2 grams alone lying in bed ... but I'm still not entirely sure. Microdosing and minidosing is not as deep by far compared to a flood dose of course, but could still help tremendously without the risks and without necessarily needing [professional] supervision. Always combine with mindfulness and self help or counceling - which is clear anyway, but still thought to mention it as it makes it go deeper without a higher dose and is important anyway. The only two questions with minidosing (and maybe also microdosing) is if there are any interactions with the Methadone you are taking and at which point it is possible to taper the Methadone or at some point even stop. That could be quite risky and I'm not a doctor or anything. Maybe you'll find a way ... I also don't know how you'd handle the legal status and availability, if you're in the US.
      I wish you the very best of luck in your recovery! There could be a way though ...

    30:30 “rectal iv” is incredible and should be used far more often. (It is NOT actually IV. You really never want to be piercing your body as this bypasses your bodies natural filters etc. )
    There are so many reasons why iv’s should be avoided using

    I like the fact that he switches his patients to short acting opiates before the psychedelic , but it's unnecessary truly And word to your mother. If you stop alcohol before treatment, I guarantee that they will seize and potentially die and I know this also from experience. It's very cool to research and study this stuff. Which I'm very much do the same. But I'm also an addict, so I've actually lived the science until you've done that. It's just theory, I'm stating facts. Anyone with a heart problem should not take psychedelics. Especially ibogaine due to known heart and cardiac attacks.

    • @dianaholmes9221
      @dianaholmes9221 7 місяців тому +1

      All trauma That's what it does. It makes you confront the stuff that you've shut down your entire life abuse. rape, adoption, loss of children, loss of life... Basically it makes you focus on all your past trauma, People act like it's a magical thing. It's not. It can be very uncomfortable to deal with trauma. But that's what you're going to do is confront your emotional trauma. That's what it does and that's how it works. All psychedelics are known to rewire the neural pathways in our brains to activate dormant sections and they stay active forever after use and all Psychedelics have the ability to cure addiction.
