I modded mine too, I found the strap horrible and the ae1200 was perfect replacement pattern even better match than the original which where better matched with one from mrw200 and green nato both shipped with it after modding.

@@watchncarry9593 the ae1200 has the four indents on the house, one in each corner, but the strap does not, but instead the mrw200 does. The hashed patter strap for the ae1200 fits same hash pattern on the WS 1200 just in a nicer finish and in black that gives a nice contrast.
My modding was mostly removing excess text on the house.
