Getting there! | Volvo B20 cylinderhead assembly and valve adjustment | It will be very interesting to see how much horse power we get out of this engine. The cylinderhead is ported and compression ratio is about 10:1. K cam and 2x45 webers and better ignition. Can't wait! :)

I've liked watching this b20 build. It's a hard engine to find much info about. I recently picked up a 1969 b20b for my 1956 pv444k. It already had a b18 swapped into it but it is seized too hard to break free in the car. Seeing this is good for motivation to go out into the snow to work on the old beast. I also like your 945 as that is what my daily driver is. Keep what your doing brother, I'm loving this old rare breed volvo content!!

How much millimeter did you take of the cilinderhead to get de 10/1 compression ratio?
I’m planning to mill the cilinderhead of my B30 engine. Witch is the same als de B20 just 2 cilinders extra😉

Sorry, don't know. I told the compression ratio to the machineshop and they took care of the rest.

The intake manifold gasket witch side go toward head ??

Sorry, don't know about original gasket. I have 2xwebers and those gaskets works both ways.
