The last location has been patched on official servers. Literally happened on our server as of two weeks ago (it's currently April 1, 2022). There is no longer a hole to zip line through, so we tried building a raft with a bed to mesh through the wall, but each time we got off the bed, we were teleported back outside the wall.
@ScooterKID there's no way to place a tp in there. The spot where you can mesh through the wall on the raft isn't large enough to fit a TP. Only spot large enough is way in the back, opposite the water entrance.
I know a spot on extinction where you can fly into a corner and teleport into a knockout rathole. Once someone exposed it it’s probably gonna get patched

For #1, on official, you can build in most spots in there but not all. And arthos can mesh bite very easily.
