For number 4, you can build there on official. There is one spot where can you put a pillar on the back wall of the larger spot, which you can then snap a foundation parallel to that pillar.

You can build on that center one on official you have to use pillars on the side of the wall
You can build in the second spot on offical you need to put a piller or triangle foundation against the wall then snap your other foundations to it
