I really like what Gaiman says about Nightmare Before Christmas and James and the Giant Peach, that despite their reputation as "Tim Burton" films, they're actually Henry Selick films because Selick is the director. Burton's just the producer.
I remember reading Coraline in the first grade and being told by my "friends" that the cover looked gross, and it was probably too scary. I told them, "And scary is bad?" and now I just visited one of my old "friends" and they are still into spongebob. CORALINE IS AWESOME!
I would like to ask the author, is Coraline technically still stuck in the other world, living under a false sense of security? Is the well that's surrounded by a faerie ring actually a portal into the other mothers layer?

Ugh dude... Spongebob is awesome too.
Coraline is just one of my all-time favorite children's books.
This is the only movie I've ever seen in 3D that I actually really liked the 3D and think it benefited from it.
It’s kind of funny to see him say Graveyard Book would probably be the next one now that American Gods, Good Omens, and Lucifer are all tv series
omg neil gaiman + coraline + doctor who = awesomeness
still waiting for that Graveyard Book movie...
Is he going to make a coraline 2?If there is a link to the answer can someone send it to me please
sorry. I think coraline is probably a no sequel story. But honestly, I don't think a sequel is needed.
+The Panda Channel they could always do a prequel exploring more of the beldam/other mothers character
The Panda Channel couldn't a sequel of Coraline being the other mother getting revenge on Coraline?
he said he'll make coraline 2 when he thinks of a better story than a coraline 1, which is a cheeky british way of saying never
